We will hold our 7th Annual Clinic from January 14 - 18, 2027. We are excited to host an event that encourages coaches to celebrate family! We’ve kept the cost as low as possible so you can bring along your spouse, children, friends, or additional staff. Childcare is free for ages 3 – 17, and special pricing is available for them to share a cabin with you. Everyone must be in Galveston, TX, to board the ship by 3:30 PM on the 14th.

Our conference will include 12 HOURS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT focused on high school football, strength and conditioning coaching, Panel Discussions, and a Wives' Events program. Clinic Sessions will be on at-sea days and Before Lunchtime to enable you to spend more time with your family. After Clinic Sessions, we can all continue to connect as we journey on board the Liberty of the Seas!

This will be a shorter 4-day cruise. It will also be on the MLK holiday weekend. Hopefully, this will enable you to attend without taking too many days off from work.

CHILDREN’S CLUB INFO:
Children have three clubs available based on their ages. All are drop-in – you can leave the children all day or just for a few hours. Email our Tour Director for more information. Childcare for children under 3 is available at an additional cost.

Do I need a Passport? A Passport is preferred, but U.S. citizens can bring a CERTIFIED copy of their Birth Certificate in addition to a government-issued photo ID. Here is a LINK to the full policy on ID documents for you and your children.
