Reservation and Payment Policies

1. Acceptance: Reserving a trip confirms your agreement to these terms.
2. Credit Card Authorization:
   • Your signature authorizes charges and serves as proof of consent.
3. Nonrefundable Payments: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable due to vendor agreements.
4. Autopay Requirement: Mandatory autopay; missed payments incur a $10 monthly fee.
5. Late Payment Fees: A $200 per person late fee applies after the final due date.
6. Payment Adjustments: Notify management 5 days before due dates for any changes.

Travel Requirements

1. Travel Documents: Passengers are responsible for valid passports (minimum 6-month validity post-travel) and any required visas.
2. Name Accuracy: Reservations must match the traveler’s full name as it appears on their passport.

Cancellation Policy

1. Nonrefundable Policy:
• All payments, including deposits, are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended but does not make deposits refundable.
2. Roommate Responsibility:
• If one roommate cancels, the remaining roommates are responsible for the full balance.
• Roommate cancellations must be disclosed in writing to all parties, both parties will acknowledge the change in terms in writing.
3. Cancellation Process:
• Submit cancellations in writing with a copy to roommates.
• Nonrefundable items include “no-show” situations, improper travel documentation, and nonrefundable hotel rates.

Additional Fees

1. Roommate Matching: Available after 75% of the package cost is paid. Roommate changes incur a $25-$50 fee.
2. Currency Fluctuations: Prices may change based on the U.S. dollar value; final invoices reflect adjustments.

Travel Protection

• Strongly recommended to cover cancellations, interruptions, and other travel issues.

Communication and Updates

1. Contact Information: Provide accurate contact details for updates and trip coordination.
2. Flight Details: Provide flight schedules 30 days before trip, to coordinate transportation.

Airport Transportation

• Treat Yourself Travel will provide information on flight arrival and departure times. Travelers with alternate schedules must arrange their own transportation.

1. Documentation: Paying the deposit, credit card authorizations and written cancellations are legal proof of agreements.
2. Compliance: Following these terms ensures enforceability in disputes.
