How to Book Your Room
Step 1: Select your room
Step 2: Choose the number of travelers and select your travel dates (*Please note child rates apply to children ages 13-17 at the time of travel, children 17 and older should be entered as adults. For children 12 and under at the time of travel, do not include them in your traveler count, they can be entered separately when submitting the passenger details in Step 4.)
Step 3: Review and click Continue to Traveler Info
Step 4: Enter passenger details and agree to the terms & conditions
Step 5: Submit deposit payment authorization
Once your deposit has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation email within 24–72 hours along with a travel insurance quote.

Incidentals at the resort (a major credit card may be requested at check-in for incidentals)
- Environmental Sanitation Tax for all tourists will be imposed by the Mexican government as follows (not included in your package and subject to change without notice): $29.32 MXN per night/per room (Approximately $1.67per room, per night payable direct)
- The state of Quintana Roo requires all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $244 MXN per person (approximately $13.67 per person, not included in the package and subject to change without notice). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to access http://visitax.gob.mx , where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.
