A $50 reservation credit is required to submit an inquiry for any pre-packaged getaway promoted on social media.
This reservation credit:
Will be applied toward your deposit once you decide to move forward with booking, or
Will be applied toward the total trip cost for last-minute packages that require full payment at booking.
If you decide not to move forward with booking after the reservation credit is paid, the reservation credit becomes non-refundable and is retained for the time, planning, and pricing services provided.
Reservation credits are non-transferable and may only be applied to the specific pre-packaged getaway discussed during your consultation.
All payments are subject to a non-refundable processing fee charged by the payment processor.
Pre-packaged getaways are based on specific dates, departure city/port, hotel or cruise line, and destination as advertised.
You understand that:
One revision to the original package details is included.
A revision is defined as any request that differs from the original package as posted.
Additional revisions may result in updated pricing and/or additional fees.
Certain package elements, including the hotel/resort, cruise line, and destination, cannot be changed.
Changes to dates or departure city/port may impact availability and pricing.
If changes requested fall outside the scope of the pre-packaged deal, you may be required to submit a custom travel inquiry instead.
Pricing advertised for pre-packaged getaways reflects the minimum expected cost based on the details listed at the time of posting and is subject to availability.
Final pricing is not guaranteed until the required reservation credit and deposit (or full payment for last-minute packages) are paid.
Certain pre-packaged getaways may be considered last-minute and require full payment at the time of booking.
For last-minute bookings:
The $50 reservation credit will be applied toward the total trip cost rather than a deposit.
Availability and pricing may change quickly and are not guaranteed until payment is received in full.
Reservation credits and deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations after booking are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the airline, hotel, cruise line, or travel supplier.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unexpected changes or cancellations.
Credit Card Authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize Kbyeee Getaways to charge the credit card provided for a one-time $50 reservation credit + processing fees related to your pre-packaged getaway inquiry.
You understand that this reservation credit is payment for planning, consultation, and pricing services and does not book travel.
The reservation credit will be applied toward your deposit or total trip cost if you move forward with booking.
If you choose not to proceed with booking, the reservation credit is non-refundable.
Your billing statement may reflect *TJ KBYEEE GETAWAYS*. Please allow 1–3 business days for the charge to process.
By submitting this payment, you agree that you are authorizing this charge knowingly and will not dispute or initiate a chargeback for this reservation credit.
