Busy Bee Travel Group's Terms & Conditions regarding Labor Day / Singles at Sea
There are (2) payment options available:
Option 1: Pay Trip in FULL at the time of booking
Option 2: Make Installment Payments
If you choose to make installment payments, payments are due BY the 28th of each month listed, EXCLUDING the Initial Deposit Payment, which is due ASAP. The payment schedule has subsequent payments due by: 3/28/20, 4/28/20 and 5/28/20 (5/28/2020 is the FINAL Payment).
This is a GROUP block, so it is imperative that all payments are made on time, as the cruise line is expecting all funds by a certain date.
*If you miss a scheduled payment, you will be sent a payment reminder. If we do not receive the missed payment within 30 days, your room COULD be canceled due to non-payment and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.
*If you miss (2) consecutive payments, your room reservation WILL be cancelled and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.
*There is no grace period for the final payment that is due on 5/28/20. If we do not receive your final payment by 5/28/20, your room will be cancelled and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.
It is each traveler's responsibility to communicate all information pertaining to Labor Day - Singles at Sea to/ with their traveling companion(s).
Each traveler will receive an invoice showing the room balance and the per person balance.
If any of your travel companions cancel or back out, it is the remaining party's responsibility to find a new travel companion or pay the remaining balance due on the room.
You are agreeing to the terms and conditions when you fill out your registration form and make your initial deposit and all subsequent payments.
Travel Protection Benefits- Benefits include trip cancellation or interruption coverage, protection against travel mishaps,like delays, lost/damaged/delayed bags or coverage for medical expenses, if you were to unexpectedly become ill or injured while traveling.
A Travel Protection policy to protect your vacation investment can be added to your trip for rates starting at just $100.00 per person.
Travel Protection Policies also offer the assurance that if you have to cancel your trip, any non-refundable costs (outside of the deposit, which is completely non-refundable) are NORMALLY refunded IF the Travel Insurance Provider deems the cancellation reason a covered reason.

Please note:
Prices vary based on the traveler's age, state of residence and total trip cost. Please indicate on your traveler information form if you would like to purchase travel protection or not.
*If you elect to purchase a Travel Protection policy, you will receive a separate email with detailed information and the cost of your travel protection policy. Travel Protection must be purchased within 15 days from your initial deposit date in order to receive the greatest benefit.
* Travel Protection Policy Quotes will be emailed to each individual upon receipt of this submission.
* A separate invoice for your Travel Protection policy will be generated and sent requesting payment.
