The plan is to fly in February 13th, 2026, stay at a hotel (to be determined), jump on the cruise ship February 14th, 2026 and fly home February 20th, 2026.

What do I do for you?
Well first off, Hello, I'm Monica and I'll be your Travel Advisor for this group trip - and hopefully maybe your personal trips too. I'm here to help you with pretty much whatever you need. I'll be popping in the Facebook group now and then to give you some tips and make sure we are all on track. These same messages will be sent to your email too but the Facebook group is where you can ask questions and I can answer. Chances are someone else has that same question. I like to say "You don't know what you don't know." I'm here to get the best value for you, wait on hold, field issues before the become issues, make sure your ducks are in a line and take the stress out of planning.
Payment Options
You have 2 years before you set sail and until November 15th. 2025 to pay off the cruise. And you can do this 1 of 3 ways
- FlexPay - Royal Caribbean offers a payment plan of 10 payments in the amount and schedule you choose. These payments will automatically be made to your credit card of choice. This can be edited or cancelled at any time.
- A payment plan we set up and By Design Memories will automatically make a payment for you. These payments can be made in the amount and schedule you choose. I send an email a couple days before reminding you it's coming out. I understand that life happens and you may need to skip a payment.
- You can authorize a payment of your choice as often as you'd like until final payment is due.
A few items that will be added to your total expense tally include: Pre Cruise hotel, Flights, Transfers and the alcoholic drink package. These were estimated and included in the price you saw online when you were voting for which cruise. The drink package is optional (with some exceptions), I was asked to include it as and "all-inclusive" price . Other expenses may include: trip insurance - I strongly recommend, internet, shore excursions, casino play, specialty dining, souvenirs, etc.
Itinerary:
- February 13th, 2026: Fly into Orlando, stay at a hotel to be chosen.
- February 14th, 2026: Transfers to Port Canaveral, Board the ship
- February 15th, 2026: Day at Sea - Relax, play some trivia, enjoy the casino, try your hand at the Flowrider, go ices skating, eat ... eat some more.
- February 16th, 2026: Labadee, Haiti - Go on an excursion or just relax on the beach. This is a Royal Caribbean private beach so you can enjoy the day as you wish. Food and drinks are served on the island.
- February 17th, 2026: Day at Sea: Meet someone new, try your hand at Bingo, check out the shops onboard, take a swim in the pool, take a nap, eat ... eat some more.
- February 18th, 2026: Perfect Day at Cococay. This is also Royal Caribbean's private island. There is a a lot to do that is included in your cruise fare or you can choose zip line, sail in a hot air balloon, slide down the Caribbean's tallest waterslide, rent a cabana. Food and drinks are served on the island.
- February 19th, 2026: Day at Sea: you know the drill.
- February 20th, 2026: Time to fly home :(
