We understand that plans can change! Please review our cancellation terms carefully before booking:

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • This secures your spot and is used to lock in resort rooms, group rates, and activities.

📆 Cancellation Deadlines

  • Cancellations before November 15, 2024: Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded (minus processing fees).

  • Cancellations after November 15, 2024: All payments become 100% non-refundable.

🔁 Transfer Requests

  • Bookings cannot be transferred to another traveler or trip after November 15, 2024.

⚠️ No Shows

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the trip, including excursions.
