Terms and Conditions:
1. Payments. The deposit and all payments are non-refundable, unless vacation protection is added and within insurance guidelines. If you opt in to vacation protection it will be quoted separately after the trip is booked and deposit is paid. Final payment is due by April 14, 2025. Your payment must be authorized by the deadline outlined in your invoice by 7pm CST. If you are unable to make your payment on the due date, please send us an email. You can also opt in to pay monthly payments in advance or in smaller increments before the deadline outlined.
2. Age Policy. To be considered an adult and to be a lead passenger you have to be at least 21 years old.
3. Roommate Changes. Roommate changes are allowed up until the final payment due date. Replacement roommates are responsible for the entire vacation fare, including the deposit as advertised and are not entitled to any payments made by previous roommates. There is also a $50 fee to change your roommate for more than two times.
4. Cancellations. Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless you have vacation protection.
5. Flights. Flights are not included in your package. We recommend booking flights through the airline directly.
6. Passports. Passports are required and must be valid six months after your vacation. Also, please have your passport by the final payment due date to avoid any delays.
7. Hotels. The current hotels selected are subject to change based on availability. We will advise in advance if it does change.
