We are Boneyard Travel and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Boneyard Travel and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

All reservations and payments for resort stays and supplementary services are considered non-refundable once booked.  We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance for your trip in order to protect your money and yourselves from any unforeseen circumstances or events.

 Bone's Backyard act only as agents and are not responsible for loss or injury of any kind resulting from your actions or activity while traveling on one of our group trips or independent resort stays.  Bone's Backyard is not responsible for hotel issues that may require your reservation being moved to a neighboring resort.

The Bone's Backyard trips are focused on being a great experience for all, and as such, you must be respectful of all other guests and resort staff.  Inappropriate behavior including, but not limited to unwelcome sexual advances, language or touching of other guests, is strictly prohibited, and such behavior will subject you to removal from the resort at your own expense and without refund for any portion of your stay. Your reservation indicates your acceptance of this policy.
