Announcing The Cooking Mom's Culinary Vacation to Puerto Vallarta in January 2024!I’ve planned THE ULTIMATE winter getaway for next winter! I’ve got the perfect place! Let’s beat the winter blues and escape to Puerto Vallarta in January 2024! It’s one of my favorite cities in Mexico. It’s got it all! History, charm, breathtaking scenery, beautiful beaches, and an incredible food scene! This isn’t your usual trip to Mexico! It’s first class all the way! We’ll be staying at an AMAZING small boutique resort right on the beach! It’s a great value because ALL of your meals at the resort, fine wines, beer and even top shelf cocktails will be included! This trip is really booking up!
Like all my trips, this trip will be different and a cut above the rest! Here’s why. I’m not a fan of huge all-inclusive resorts. The kind where you can never find a seat by the pool and they serve watered down drinks in plastic cups, not to mention bad food. No thanks! I much prefer smaller boutique resorts where they are all about service. After a few days they even know your name and your drink order. That’s my kind of place and I found it!
We’ll fly out Sunday, January 21st and spend 7 nights at the 4-diamond luxury Villa Premiere Boutique Resort. It’s right on the beach with a gorgeous huge pool overlooking the ocean. That’s where you’ll find me! I love the fact that this resort has only 80 rooms! As you can see, they are all spectacular!
Now, let’s talk about the food. We won’t be lining up for your standard all-inclusive buffets. Instead we’ll be treated to gourmet cuisine repaired by amazing chefs using local fresh ingredients! There are 4 different amazing restaurants on the property to chose from. We’ll even have the opportunity to enjoy a magnificent 5-course ocean front chef’s dinner! It’s going to be INCREDIBLE! I can’t wait!
What I also love about this resort is that it’s only a ten minute walk to town. We can go explore the local scene. I’m all about that! In fact you’ll have the option to join me for some serious eating around the city! We’ll join local experts and foodies who will take us off the beaten path in search of the city’s best! We’ll see how to make homemade fresh tortillas! We’ll scour the city for the very best tacos, tamales, and that famous Mexican mole sauce too!
If you’re a seafood lover like me, Puerto Vallarta has some of the best! I can’t wait to find it and dive in to seafood tacos and ceviche!
We’ll also go in search of some seriously good tequila and Mexican cocktails too. This is gonna be fun!
My trips are stress-free and easy breezy. Meaning, you don’t have to worry about a thing. We'll be on the beach sipping margaritas before you know it!
We can only take a limited number of people. This trip ALWAYS sell out and will book up quickly!

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation of travel must be made in writing and is effective from the date we receive the written notification. Any trip deposit or payment is non-refundable. Rose Travel and The Cooking Mom's Culinary Vacations incur costs with the suppliers of your trip well in advance of your departure date. At the effective date of cancelation, any additional payments will not be required. We highly recommend trip insurance, and a quote is available by request at booking.
