TRAVEL NOTES:
- Traveling to Jamaica requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates.
- passports are not required at the time of booking
- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.
- If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date (nov20, 2022), travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
- It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Travelwday of all email address changes.
- You MUST purchase your own flight to Montego Bay, Jamaica
- Once you purchase your flight you must notify travelwday so your transfers can be arranged.
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Name on invoice must match passport.
- Reservations not paid in full by final due date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.(They are not required to book this trip )
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely payments.
- Once you and your roommate(s) have submitted your reservation request you will be sent an email confirmation. If there have been price changes, you will be contacted by email before your card is processed. Your booking is not considered paid in full until all parties in the room have paid in full. DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: You will be required to pay a minimum deposit of USD $100 -$350 per person when booking. Final payment is required no less than 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise statedTravel documents and itineraries will be emailed 30-days prior to departure.

HOW TO BOOK:
Select the room category of your choice based on the number of guests in your room. You and your roommate DO NOT have to submit your reservation form together. However if you have a roommate, you must list your roommate on your reservation form. In order for your price not to change, you and your roommate must submit your deposit by the deadline. If you submit your deposit and your roommate does not, you will be subject to the new rate .
