Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to cruise, resort, and similar group travel booked through Superliner Travel LLC (“Superliner Travel”) and marketed as IW Adventures.

Each trip has its own itinerary, inclusions, pricing, deposit requirements, payment schedule, cancellation penalties, and final payment deadline. Those trip-specific details are provided on the applicable trip webpage, booking materials, and/or reservation confirmation.

By submitting a reservation or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the applicable terms and cancellation policies of the cruise line, resort, tour operator, or other travel provider (“Supplier”), and the IW Adventures Participant Guidelines.

Superliner Travel, IW Adventures & Irreverent Warriors

IW Adventures cruise and resort trips are independent third-party group travel fundraisers organized and booked by Superliner Travel to benefit Irreverent Warriors.

Superliner Travel is responsible for arranging reservations, administering the travel group, collecting or facilitating participant payments, communicating travel information, and coordinating group activities associated with the trip.

The underlying travel services are provided by independent Suppliers, including cruise lines, resorts, hotels, tour operators, airlines, transportation providers, excursion operators, and other travel companies.

Irreverent Warriors is the nonprofit beneficiary of the fundraiser and is not the travel agency, cruise line, resort operator, tour operator, seller, or provider of the travel services included in the trip.

Participation by Irreverent Warriors members, volunteers, or local coordinators and the use of the Irreverent Warriors name or Participant Guidelines do not transfer responsibility for the travel arrangements from Superliner Travel or the applicable Suppliers to Irreverent Warriors.

“IW Adventures” is the name used to market these travel experiences and is not a separate travel provider or business entity.

By registering, participants acknowledge and accept this division of responsibilities.

Supplier Terms & Passenger Contracts

All reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, passenger contracts, resort policies, and other requirements established by the applicable Supplier.

By booking, participants acknowledge that these Supplier terms may establish important rights, responsibilities, limitations of liability, cancellation penalties, dispute procedures, and other conditions governing the travel services.

Supplier terms may change, and participants are responsible for complying with the requirements applicable to their reservation.

If a Supplier's terms or policies differ from information contained in these Terms & Conditions regarding services controlled by that Supplier, the Supplier's applicable terms and policies will govern those services.

Registration & Reservation Accuracy

By submitting your booking information, you certify that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate legal names, dates of birth, citizenship information, contact information, and other information required by Superliner Travel or the Supplier.

Names provided for travel reservations should match the identification and travel documents required for the trip.

Participants are responsible for reviewing booking confirmations, invoices, itineraries, names, dates, accommodations, cabin or room categories, and other reservation details when provided and notifying Superliner Travel promptly of any errors or discrepancies.

Changes requested after a reservation has been confirmed may be subject to availability, fare differences, change fees, cancellation penalties, or other Supplier charges.

Pricing, Deposits & Payments

Travel prices, promotions, availability, cabin or room categories, amenities, and other components are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed and any required deposit has been processed.

Each trip will have a published deposit, payment schedule, and final payment deadline.

Participants are responsible for making required payments by the deadlines provided. Failure to make payment by a required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and the loss of deposits or other amounts previously paid according to the applicable Supplier's policies.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, payments are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the applicable Supplier.

Group rates, amenities, onboard credits, promotional offers, and other benefits may be subject to Supplier requirements and may change if a reservation is modified, transferred, repriced, or canceled.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

All reservations are subject to the cancellation and change policies of the applicable Supplier and any trip-specific cancellation policies disclosed at booking.

Cancellation penalties may increase as the travel date approaches and may eventually reach 100% of the amount paid.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, Superliner Travel does not determine or control Supplier cancellation penalties, refunds, future travel credits, or compensation.

Refunds or credits for canceled or interrupted travel are subject to the terms and approval of the applicable Supplier. Superliner Travel cannot guarantee that a Supplier will provide a refund, credit, reimbursement, or other compensation outside its applicable policies.

No refund can be guaranteed for unused portions of a trip, missed transportation, missed excursions, unused accommodations, missed group activities, or other travel services a participant voluntarily chooses not to use or is unable to use.

Independent Suppliers & Limitation of Responsibility

Superliner Travel arranges travel services provided by independently owned and operated Suppliers, which may include cruise lines, resorts, hotels, airlines, motorcoach and transportation companies, tour operators, excursion companies, restaurants, attractions, vessel operators, and other travel or hospitality providers.

These Suppliers are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or under the ownership, management, supervision, or control of Superliner Travel.

Superliner Travel is not responsible or liable for the acts, errors, omissions, negligence, representations, warranties, breaches, defaults, or failures of any independent Supplier or its owners, employees, contractors, or agents.

This includes injury, illness, death, property damage, loss, theft, delay, inconvenience, cancellation, schedule change, missed connection, service failure, or additional expense arising from or related to services provided by an independent Supplier.

Superliner Travel is not responsible for defects, breakdowns, maintenance issues, mechanical failures, or other problems involving aircraft, cruise ships, motorcoaches, trains, vehicles, vessels, equipment, accommodations, attractions, facilities, or other property owned, operated, maintained, or controlled by an independent Supplier.

Superliner Travel will make reasonable efforts to assist participants when problems involving Suppliers arise. Providing such assistance does not make Superliner Travel responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, services, decisions, or obligations of an independent Supplier.

Itinerary & Supplier Changes

Cruise lines, resorts, airlines, tour operators, and other Suppliers may change schedules, itineraries, ports of call, accommodations, transportation, activities, entertainment, dining arrangements, or other components before or during travel.

Such changes may occur because of weather, mechanical issues, operational requirements, government actions, health or safety concerns, labor disruptions, world events, or other circumstances.

These decisions are made by the applicable Supplier. Any refund, credit, itinerary adjustment, or other compensation resulting from such changes is determined by the Supplier according to its applicable policies.

Superliner Travel is not responsible for losses or additional expenses resulting from Supplier schedule changes, itinerary changes, cancellations, delays, substitutions, or other circumstances outside Superliner Travel's reasonable control.

IW Adventures Group Activities

IW Adventures trips may include group activities organized or coordinated by Superliner Travel, such as meet-and-greets, group meals, photos, hikes, gatherings, excursions, or other events.

Published group activities and schedules are subject to change based upon Supplier requirements, venue availability, weather, participation, operational considerations, or other circumstances.

Unless specifically included as a paid component of the travel package, complimentary or optional IW Adventures group activities have no cash value, and the modification or cancellation of such an activity does not create a right to a refund or travel credit.

Participants are responsible for arriving at group activities and meeting locations at the designated times. Group activities and transportation may be unable to wait for late participants.

IW Adventures Participant Guidelines

Participation in IW Adventures group activities is subject to the IW Adventures Participant Guidelines in effect for the trip.

Participants are responsible for reviewing and complying with these guidelines. The guidelines are available on the IW Adventures website and are provided or linked with the participant's booking confirmation.

Compliance with the Participant Guidelines is a condition of participation in IW Adventures group activities.

Violation of the Participant Guidelines may result in removal from an IW Adventures activity or from continued participation in IW Adventures group functions.

Removal from an IW Adventures group activity for conduct or violation of the Participant Guidelines does not create a right to a refund, reimbursement, or credit.

Superliner Travel and Irreverent Warriors do not control a cruise line, resort, hotel, or other Supplier's decision regarding whether a participant may continue using that Supplier's travel services. Any removal from a cruise ship, resort, hotel, excursion, or other Supplier service is governed by that Supplier's own policies and decisions.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger, harass, threaten, or materially disrupt other participants, trip leaders, Supplier personnel, or members of the public.

Participants must comply with applicable laws and the rules and policies of the cruise line, resort, hotel, transportation provider, tour operator, attraction, and other Suppliers.

Superliner Travel reserves the right to discontinue a participant's involvement in IW Adventures group activities when, in Superliner Travel's reasonable judgment, the participant's conduct creates a safety concern, violates the IW Adventures Participant Guidelines, violates applicable law or Supplier policies, or materially interferes with the group's activities or other participants' experience.

Removal from IW Adventures group activities does not create a right to a refund of travel costs or other amounts paid.

Passports, Identification & Entry Requirements

Participants are ultimately responsible for determining and meeting all passport, visa, identification, health, vaccination, immigration, customs, and entry or re-entry requirements applicable to their individual circumstances and itinerary.

Requirements may vary based upon citizenship, residency, age, destination, itinerary, and other factors and may change before departure.

Superliner Travel may provide general information regarding travel documentation and entry requirements as a courtesy; however, participants should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities before travel.

Superliner Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, additional expenses, or other losses resulting from insufficient or incorrect travel documentation or failure to meet applicable entry requirements.

Air Travel

When air transportation is included in or added to a reservation, flight schedules, aircraft, routes, seat assignments, baggage policies, check-in requirements, and other airline services are controlled by the airline and may change.

Participants are responsible for reviewing their flight information and complying with airline check-in, baggage, identification, and boarding requirements.

Superliner Travel is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, baggage issues, seat changes, or expenses resulting from airline operations.

Special Requests & Accessibility

Superliner Travel is happy to communicate special requests to Suppliers, including requests concerning dining, bedding, cabin or room location, accessibility, dietary needs, celebrations, or other preferences.

Unless specifically confirmed by the Supplier, special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Participants with mobility limitations, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or other circumstances that may affect their ability to participate should notify Superliner Travel and the applicable Supplier as early as possible.

Participants are responsible for determining whether accommodations, transportation, excursions, activities, and other components of the trip are appropriate for their individual needs and abilities.

Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility

Travel and participation in group activities involve inherent risks, including risks associated with transportation, weather, unfamiliar destinations, walking, recreational activities, crowds, and other normal aspects of travel.

Participants voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with travel and the activities in which they choose to participate.

Each participant is responsible for their own health, safety, medications, identification, personal belongings, and personal expenses throughout the trip.

Superliner Travel is not responsible for injury, illness, property damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, or other damages resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from the acts, omissions, or negligence of independent Suppliers.

Events Beyond Our Control

Superliner Travel is not responsible for loss, delay, cancellation, inconvenience, additional expense, or disruption caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, mechanical failures, labor disputes, civil unrest, criminal activity, terrorism, public health events, government actions, Supplier failures, or similar events.

If such circumstances affect IW Adventures group activities, Superliner Travel may modify, postpone, substitute, or cancel affected activities as reasonably necessary.

Refunds or credits relating to Supplier-provided travel services, if any, will be determined by the applicable Supplier and its policies.

Travel Insurance

Travel involves financial risk, including the possibility of cancellation, interruption, delays, medical emergencies, lost or delayed baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, and participants acknowledge that they have been provided the opportunity to purchase travel protection.

Travel insurance policies contain specific terms, conditions, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and coverage limitations. Superliner Travel may provide general information about available travel protection as a courtesy but does not determine whether a particular event or loss is covered.

Coverage and claim determinations are made solely by the applicable insurance provider.

Participants are responsible for reviewing any travel insurance policy and determining whether the coverage meets their individual needs.

Photography & Media

By participating in an IW Adventures trip, you grant Superliner Travel permission to use photographs or video taken during the trip in which you may appear for promotional, marketing, website, social media, and other business purposes without compensation

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Any legal action arising from these Terms & Conditions or Superliner Travel's travel services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Mississippi.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a reservation or payment for an IW Adventures cruise or resort trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to:

• These IW Adventures Cruise & Resort Travel Terms & Conditions;

• The itinerary, pricing, inclusions, payment schedule, and cancellation policy applicable to your specific trip;

• The applicable Supplier's terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and passenger contract; and

• The IW Adventures Participant Guidelines.

You acknowledge that travel insurance has been recommended and that choosing not to purchase travel insurance does not change the cancellation or refund policies applicable to your reservation.

Your electronic acceptance and submission of your reservation or payment constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
