What is Essence Fest
The Essence Festival of Culture, started in 1995, has grown into an annual event in Crescent City, promoting health, wellness, spirituality, beauty, style, food, community, entertainment, and entrepreneurship within the African American community.
ESSENCE FEST HOTELS SELL OUT FAST AS WELL AS CERTAIN EVENTS , FLIGHTS GO UP. ALL THESE THINGS NEED TO BE SECURED BY JAN 1, 2025 (Trips and travel has contracts with various vendors and hotels that need to be fulfilled at specific periods).

Itinerary:
- Day 1: Arrive to New Orleans Hotel for check-in
- Rock the boat party 8pm-10pm, meet down stairs in hotel lobby (Time TBA)
- Day 2: Breakfast: Mon-Fri 6:30 AM-10:30 AM
- Embrace the culture at Essence Fest (Meet at New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center times TBA) You are responsible for own transport
- Take your group photo selfies in your t-shirts and send to Trips & Travel
- Concert series located at Caesars Superdome ( Doors usually open at 6:00pmYou are responsible for own tickets & transport (Dome will be within walking distance)
- Day 3: Breakfast: 6:30 AM-10:30 AM
- Continue to embrace the culture at Essence Fest (Meet at New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center time TBA) You are responsible for own transport
- Night #2 Concert series located at Caesars Superdome ( Doors usually open at 6:00pm You are responsible for own tickets & transport (Dome will be within walking distance)
- Day 4: Breakfast: Mon-Fri 6:30 AM-10:30AM
- May return to Convention Center, or make it a free day to explore more of New Orleans.
- Night #3 Concert series located at Caesars Superdome ( doors usually open at 6:00pm You are responsible for own tickets & transport (Dome will be within walking distance)
- Day 5: Last day: We say our "See you later's" Never goodbye!

Cancellation policy: Any payments made to Trips and Travel are NON REFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred to another party. This is due to the fact trips and travel has binding contracts with Hotels, airlines, and all other suppliers that prevent us from getting refunds. This also allows you to make payments on your trip expenses on a monthly basis. That's why it’s important to purchase trip insurance. The right to re-invoice, correct pricing or service is reserved by Trips and Travel in the event of human or computer error, if the traveler declines the price or services, Trips & Travel will require a written cancellation from traveler within 7 days of notification of price increase.
Please acknowledge that you have read this registration form completely and the information provided is accurate. Please understand that your $75 booking deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Additionally, that if your roommate (s) cancel, your rate may change. All payments must be paid by the final payment date. If your balance remains unpaid, you will receive a notice for cancelation and deadline for payment, Thereafter notification, if trip is not paid then, your trip will be canceled immediately. Prices for reinstated may be higher than initial rate and a $50 reinstatement / administration fee will be charge by Trips & Travel regardless of the cancellation date.
