- It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
- You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

- Visitax Approx $11usd/person (Cancun airport visitor tax)
- Eco-Tax (approx. $1.65 - $3.84 USD) per room, per night determined by each individual property, paid at check-in.

Due Dates:
- July 14th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres.
- July 21st, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
Reminders:
- The wedding date is Friday, November 7th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
- This reduced group room block pricing is locked for you to assure availability during November high season surges. Using this website to book your trip will allow Laurel and Matthew to meet their concessions.
- Guests booked outside of this agreement must pay a separate day pass fee to attend each wedding function & event.
- Children under 2 years old are free when sharing a room with 1 or 2 adults.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before July 21st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between July 21st, 2025 and September 2nd 2025, by 25% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 25% a 1 night penalty per room will apply. (Based on catagory cancelled) If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms

You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between September 2nd, 2025 and September 16th 2025, by 15% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 15% a 2 night penalty per room will apply. (Based on catagory cancelled) If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms

If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after September 16th 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Grand Paladium Costa Mujeres and TRS Coral.
