Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly within 24 hours. You can always return to your invoice link to make payments.
- Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you when you have paid for your suite in full.
- Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
- It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
- You must book within this room block to secure a suite at Velas Vallarta for the wedding weekend.

Itinerary:
- Wedding Day - Sunday, May 23, 2027
Payment Schedule:
- September 10th, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
- September 15th, 2026 70% of room total is due
- March 20th, 2027 Remaining balance is due.
Reminders:
To be considered a part of Chelsea and Skyler Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Chelsea and Skyler have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.
- Individual reservations booked outside of this room block, are required to purchase a $330 per person per day pass to attend wedding events.
- Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
- If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or room category, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
- Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
- March 22nd, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
- Child pricing is based on age at time of check in.
- If booking more than four guests or two children in the room, your invoice will be manually updated to reflect the correct pricing.
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before September 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after September 15th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Velas Vallarta will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Velas Vallarta and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Velas Vallarta.
