AUTOMATIC MONTHLY PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, I authorize Foster Perry Travel to automatically charge the credit or debit card I provide for my deposit and all scheduled monthly payments associated with this reservation. I understand that automatic payments will be processed on the third (3rd) of each month, beginning the month following my deposit, without additional authorization from me.

I understand that scheduled payment dates cannot be changed, skipped, or paused. I am responsible for maintaining a valid payment method with sufficient available funds and for providing updated payment information when necessary. Declined or late payments are subject to the late payment, cancellation, and other payment terms applicable to my reservation.

I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the payment schedule and terms associated with my reservation.
