1) Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies. Our full Terms & Conditions can be found HERE.
2) All payments to Sunshine Travels LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
3) Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport/government-issued ID.
4) Monthly Payments are required to keep your reservation current.
5) Each roommate must make timely payments. If one roommate cancels, the other roommate is responsible for full payment for the package at the Single Occupancy rate.
6) A $50 late fee MAY be added to any payments not received within 5 days after the due date.
7) Sunshine Travels reserves the right to make any changes to the itinerary or hotels as necessary.
8) Yellow Fever vaccine is mandatory for entry to Ghana
9) Malaria pills are highly recommended
10) A visa is required for entry to Ghana. We will apply for the visa together via zoom call. A fee is required for the visa.
Deposit Information:
1) The initial deposit is $500 per person and is due at time of booking.
2) Both roommates must pay their deposit separately unless you are a couple.
3) The remaining balance will be divided equally between the remaining months and a payment schedule will be emailed to you.
4) Final payment is due on July 1, 2025.
4) If you need to make any changes or cancel your reservation, you must do so by emailing us at bookings@sunshinetravelsllc.com .
Travel Insurance is not included. However, it is highly recommended. You may obtain a quote from any of the insurance companies below or use your own insurance company. Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) is the most comprehensive policy.
Cancellation Policy:
All payments to Sunshine Travels LLC are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sunshine Travels LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. All final payment dates are clearly noted on your invoice statement. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are timely.
If you fail to make your final payment on the due date by 11:59 pm, your reservation will automatically cancel and all previous deposits and payments will be forfeited. To reinstate your account, provided the space is still available, there is a $200 reinstatement fee in addition to the balance due.
