Welcome To Our Family & Friends 2024 Cruise. We will be spending 8 amazing days on the New Carnival Celebration Below you will find specific details for our cruise. This is for the cruise booking only, my intentions is to come into Miami a day or two prior to the cruise. I will have details for anyone interested in this later.

Celebrating its 50 Years of Fun anniversary, Carnival has dotted the Celebration with retro memorabilia reminding travelers of the original MS Celebration, built in 1987. The new ship, powered by liquified natural gas (LNG), is striving to reduce emissions and promote sustainability.

What's not included:

 
  • Gratuities - You have the option of prepaying for gratuities or paying once you're on the ship.
  • Transportation - any transportation to get you to Miami the day before or day of.
  • Sodas and alcoholic beverages are not included. There are 2 beverage programs that are available to purchase separately. Save by purchasing prior to the week of your cruise
  • Any other purchases that require payment while on the ship including excursions, specialty restaurants, bars, casinos, etc.
  • Travel Insurance (please accept or decline below). It is optional, but highly recommended to protect your investment! In the event, you need to cancel or an unforeseen circumstance occurs between the time of booking and the day you return from the trip, your travel protection plan will ensure you're covered.
 
 
 
Carnival's next new ship the Carnival Celebration will be setting sail from Miami!!! Like its sister ship, the Mardi Gras, it will have 6 amazingly themed zones to offer you both incredible experiences and flavors. Bonsai Teppanyaki™, RedFrog® Tiki Bar, Family Feud™ Live, Havana Bar™, Seuss at Sea™, Playlist Productions™, and more to be revealed as the ship is built over the next year.

Make monthly payments until May 13, 2024, which allows you to have a flexible and more affordable vacation. If we have not received a payment within 60 days your booking could be at risk for cancellation.
 
We've provided the price Balcony staterooms below. If you wish to book with more than double occupancy, please note that full deposits per person will be due and it will be pricing for that day. We have to book these cabins into the group as we are based on double occupancy.
 

Deposit Information:

BOOKING IS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!
Initial deposit payment holds your spot on the cruise. THE FIRST $100 PER PERSON PAID ON CRUISE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Please refer to your flyer below to stay up to date with deposits and payments. A TOTAL $250 DEPOSIT NEED TO BE MEET TO HAVE A CABIN ASSIGNMENT. Once this deposit of $250 total per person is received, we can start assigning the cabins according to your selection below. Please make sure you are making monthly payments towards your balance. WHEN MAKING PAYMENTS YOU WILL USE THIS SAME LINK EACH TIME.
 
The Lead Traveler/point of contact for the cabin is responsible for ensuring all other travelers on the same reservation are making their monthly payments as outlined. 
 
 
 
 
 

Cancellation policy:

 
Cruise Terms & Conditions:
1. First deposit of $100 per person is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. ALL rates are based on double occupancy. In the event your roommate chooses to cancel you will be responsible for their fare of the cruise fare unless you find a replacement traveler. ($50 TO CHANGE A NAME)
3. Monthly payments are expected to keep your reservation in good standing.
4. In the event TRAVEL PROTECTION is NOT purchased and you cancel within the specified time frame. ALL monies paid will be refunded per Carnival Cruise Line Cancellation Policy minus the initial FIRST DEPOSIT WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. Travelers 21 & Under MUST be accompanied by someone 25 and older.
6. Guests are required to be 21 years of age (on embarkation day) to travel on their own. Guest ages will be verified at embarkation. Guests not conforming to this policy will result in denied boarding and no compensation will be provided at embarkation.
7. WMV TRAVELS does NOT provide ANY transportation to or from cruise port.
8. WMV TRAVELS does NOT schedule individual spa services or shore excursions.
9. Please make your payments on time! 
10. Please understand that when you make a payment DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY COME OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT. WE HAVE TO PROCESS EACH PAYMENT AND THIS COULD TAKE UP TO THREE BUSINESS DAYS.  If you have sent a payment and it has been more than three days, please reach out to us. 


Group Organizer's Responsibilities are:

1. To handle all payments and payment processing.

2. To provide invoices to all guest(s) attending the trip to pay for their tour if applicable. 

3. To provide all guest(s) with updates and balances on payments.

4. To provide all final confirmations and details after FINAL PAYMENT.


Guest(s) Responsibilities are:

5. To provide necessary documentation to enter the destination visited.

6. To pay for any additional items or activities that are not listed. 

7. To make all payments accordingly, we suggest that you make a payment each month. 

8. All guests waive, releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue WMV TRAVELS LLC, and affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives or their successors and assigns for injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of this vacation or any related activity. While on the cruise, if there are any damages to property, the guests are solely responsible to return property to its original state. Any damages will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

9.  All payments will be made with Credit/Debit through invoice provided. Cash is not acceptable.

10.  Choose your roommate wisley. You must ensure that your roommate, is also making timely monthly payments.
