RESEARCH FEE AGREEMENT

To proceed with the professional services needed to design and organize your travel, a research fee is required. This fee is non-refundable.

Planning a vacation requires significant time and expertise. Our services draw from years of personal travel experience and professional knowledge. We will conduct research on cruises, hotels, tours, and activities tailored to your preferences, liaise with suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft detailed itineraries, and more. The goal is to create customized travel plans that save you time and provide peace of mind.

If you choose not to proceed with a booking through us (whether due to cancellation, booking elsewhere, or any other reason), the research fee will be retained as compensation for services already provided.

By signing this form, you agree to the following terms:

  • This agreement is not complete until the form is signed and returned by you.
  • We will not begin any planning until the research fee has been paid, and we will halt planning if any outstanding fees are due.
  • Quotes, proposals, or itineraries will not be provided until this form is executed and returned.
  • By signing, you acknowledge and agree to engage Twenty14 Travel, LLC for the research and planning of your vacation.
  • You understand that the research fee is non-refundable.
