  • Your hotel room booking confirmation will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.

  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

  • Wedding Day - Saturday, October 18th 2025

 

Payment Schedule:

  • June 1st, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.
  • June 2nd, 2025 40% of total room block is due.
  • August 1st, 2025 Remaining balance is due.

 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Lauren and Ben’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Lauren and Ben and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

 

  1. Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
  2. Secrets Moxché does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability, unless otherwise specified in the name of the room. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.
  3. For most Resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of the Resort”, please consider your Ocean View room may only have a partial Ocean View from the patio/terrace.
  4. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your to any room please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  5. If you would like to arrive earlier, extend your stay, change your room or change your length of stay, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com
  6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you accurately select your room category.
  7. August 15th, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  8. Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
  9. Secrets Moxché is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before June 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between June 1st, 2025 and June 20th, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 30%.
  • Between June 20th, 2025 and July 20th, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 20%.
  • Between July 20th, 2025 and August 5th, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 5%.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 5th, 2025 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Secrets Moxché will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxché and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxché.
