  1. All payments to Blue Journeys LLC are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable.  
  2. If you purchased travel insurance and need to cancel, you will have to file a claim directly with the travel insurance company for any reimbursement. 
  3. Transfer of funds and/or credit to another person is not allowed. 
  4. Your reservation must be made in your FULL name as it appears on your passport. Any name change/corrections will occur a $50.00 fee added to your invoice.
  5. Bedding preference is a request, we don't guarantee your bedding, but we will request your preference. 
  6. Deposit is $397.00 per person and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  7. Final payments are due by June 14, 2026. Any reservation not paid by this date will be canceled and all monies forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS
  8. Each roommate paying separately must complete a registration form and submit a deposit.
  9. If booking with a roommate as double occupancy please ensure they're making timely payments as well to cover the reservation you share. If roommate fails to pay or cancels you will be switched to single occupancy rate.
  10. You MUST have 50% of the total amount of your invoice paid by February 14, 2026 to keep an active spot on this trip.
  11. All travelers must have a valid passport book with at least two blank pages and an expiration date of March 2027 or after.
  12. As of now, there are no Covid-19 entry/exit requirements for Dubai. 
  13. Proof of Covid-19 Vaccine is not required but is recommended by the Dubai government. Covid-19 entry restrictions can change at any given moment and updates will be distributed as necessary.
  14. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. 
  15. Please confirm all email contact details are accurate for all travelers to ensure each traveler receives all correspondence, confirmations, and receipts.
  16. If you book your flight outside of the Emirates flight offered in the package please plan to arrange your own airport transportation. 
  17. Blue Journeys reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the accommodations, itinerary lineup, travel suppliers, and/or tours/excursions.
  18. The hotel may require a credit card upon check-in for any incidentals during your stay.
  19. A monthly payment plan will be auto calculated based on your time of booking. This plan is optional and not required however you must adhere to all payment deadlines- 50% of total paid by February 14, 2026 and final payments due by June 14, 2026.
  20. Invoices will be updated after each payment is submitted as well as payment reminders emailed out monthly.
  21. You can make payments on your reservation through your invoice at anytime, 24 hours a day.
  22. If your roommate cancels you will be responsible for the single occupancy rate and any difference in cost unless you obtain another roommate.
  23. Tours and events included are not a la carte. If for some reason you do not want to attend a specific tour/event you can totally skip it but no refund of said tour/event will be provided.
  24. For any private tour or event curated by Blue Journeys travel agency only registered guests are permitted to attend.
  25. A Visa is NOT required for travel to Dubai for U.S. citizens visiting 90 days or less.
  26. Entry requirements are subject to change. You will be advised of any changes in a timely manner. You are still required to know whether you are precluded from traveling for any reason. You may check your rights at United Arab Emirates International Travel Information.
  27. Passengers are required to have at least one, entirely blank (unstamped) visa page (i.e. one side of such a page not front and back thereof) in their passport, each time entry is sought into the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This page is in addition to the endorsement/amendment pages at the back of the passport. UAE government regulations prohibit airlines from boarding passengers without the required blank visa page. Extracts or copies of documents are not acceptable. 
  28. Travel insurance is NOT included but it is offered and strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Group Trip Booking Terms & Participant Agreement

These Trip-Specific Booking Terms apply to this group trip and should be read alongside the full Blue Journeys LLC Terms & Conditions available at:

By submitting a deposit or payment toward this reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to both these Trip-Specific Booking Terms and the full Blue Journeys Terms & Conditions.

 


 

Payment Policy

All payments to Blue Journeys LLC are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Transfer of funds and/or credit to another person is not allowed.

If you purchased travel insurance and need to cancel your trip, you must file a claim directly with the travel insurance company for any reimbursement.

A deposit of $397 per person is required to secure your reservation and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Travelers must have 50% of the total invoice amount paid by February 14th, 2026 in order to maintain an active reservation.

Final payments are due by June 14, 2026. Any reservation not paid in full by this date will be canceled and all monies paid will be forfeited.

A monthly payment plan will be automatically calculated based on the date of booking. This payment plan is optional; however, all payment deadlines must still be met.

Invoices will be updated after each payment is submitted and payment reminders will be emailed monthly.

Payments may be made on your reservation through your invoice 24 hours a day at your convenience.

 


 

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By submitting payment toward this reservation, the traveler acknowledges and agrees that all payments made to Blue Journeys LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable as outlined in these booking terms.

The traveler further agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered in accordance with the agreed booking terms.

In the event that a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Blue Journeys LLC reserves the right to present this agreement, booking confirmations, invoices, and payment records to the financial institution as evidence that the traveler knowingly accepted these policies at the time of booking.

 


 

Reservation Name Accuracy

Your reservation must be made in your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport.

Any name change or correction will result in a $50.00 fee added to your invoice.

 


 

Roommate & Occupancy Policy

Each roommate paying separately must complete a registration form and submit a deposit.

Travelers booking double occupancy should ensure their roommate is making timely payments toward the reservation.

If a roommate fails to make payments or cancels their reservation, the remaining traveler will be converted to the single occupancy rate.

If your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for the single occupancy rate and any difference in cost unless you obtain another roommate.

Blue Journeys LLC is not responsible for resolving personal disagreements between roommates.

If a roommate conflict requires a room change, any additional costs associated with separate accommodations will be the responsibility of the travelers involved and subject to hotel availability.

 


 

Bedding Requests

Bedding preference is considered a request. Bedding configuration cannot be guaranteed, though your preference will be submitted to the hotel.

 


 

Passport & Travel Documentation

All travelers must have a valid passport book with at least two blank pages and an expiration date no earlier than March 21, 2027.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess the proper travel documentation required for international travel.

Passengers must have at least one entirely blank (unstamped) visa page in their passport each time entry is sought into the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This page must be separate from endorsement or amendment pages at the back of the passport.

UAE government regulations may prohibit airlines from boarding passengers without the required blank visa page. Extracts or copies of documents are not acceptable.

 


 

Visa Requirements

A visa is not required for travel to Dubai for U.S. citizens visiting for 90 days or less.

Health Requirements

At this time, there are no COVID-19 entry or exit requirements for Dubai.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is not required but is recommended by the Dubai government.

COVID-19 entry restrictions may change at any time and updates will be distributed if necessary.

 


 

Traveler Communication

Travelers must ensure that accurate email contact details are provided so each traveler receives all correspondence, confirmations, and receipts.

 


 

Flights & Airport Transfers

If you book your flight outside of the Emirates flight offered in the package, you must arrange your own airport transportation.

 


 

Itinerary Modifications

Blue Journeys reserves the right to make necessary changes to the accommodations, itinerary lineup, travel suppliers, tours, and excursions.

 


 

Hotel Incidentals

The hotel may require a credit card upon check-in for incidental charges during your stay.

These charges are the responsibility of the traveler.

 


 

Tours & Events

Tours and events included in the package are not a la carte.

If you choose not to attend a scheduled tour or event, no refund will be provided.

For any private tour or event curated by Blue Journeys, participation is limited to registered travelers only.

Blue Journeys LLC is not responsible for missed tours, excursions, or scheduled activities due to traveler lateness or scheduling conflicts.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed activities.

 


 

Travel Delays

Blue Journeys LLC is not responsible for missed transfers, activities, or itinerary changes resulting from airline delays, missed flights, or traveler scheduling conflicts.

Travelers arriving outside the designated group arrival window may be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the hotel.

 


 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

 


 

Traveler Conduct & Group Experience

Blue Journeys group trips are curated travel experiences that include group excursions, hosted events, and social activities.

Participation in group activities is voluntary; however, choosing not to participate does not qualify for refunds or credits.

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other travelers, staff, and local partners.

Blue Journeys reserves the right to remove any traveler from group activities or the trip entirely if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, abusive, illegal, excessively intoxicated, or in violation of local laws.

If removal from the trip occurs due to misconduct, no refunds will be issued and any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler.

 


 

Personal Responsibility

Travelers acknowledge that travel and adventure activities may involve inherent risks.

Each traveler assumes personal responsibility for their participation in all trip activities.

 


 

Media & Photography Release

Blue Journeys may capture photos or video during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes.

By participating in the trip, travelers grant Blue Journeys LLC permission to use photographs, video recordings, or other media containing their image or likeness for marketing, social media, website, and promotional materials.

Travelers who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify Blue Journeys in writing prior to departure.

 


 

Trip Host Role

Blue Journeys group trips may be hosted by representatives of Blue Journeys LLC to assist with logistics and coordination.

The trip host facilitates the experience but does not act as a tour operator or service provider for third-party suppliers.

All transportation, accommodations, tours, and excursions are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

By submitting payment toward this reservation, you confirm that you have:
