Each vacation package is 100% non-refundable without travel insurance protection. No credits. No exceptions. Name changes require a fee and must be received prior to final payment. No exceptions. Travel insurance is available for purchase on your own OR within 7 days of the initial deposit via our third party. Please contact the travel agent for a one time quote.
