- It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
- You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

- Visitax Approx: $15usd/person (Cancun airport visitor tax) Paid HERE before your trip.
- Room Eco-Tax Approx $3usd Per Night (Paid at Check-in).

- Wedding Day - May 22nd, 2025 at Villa La Joya (Transportation is provided)
Due Dates:
- March 1st, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Paradisus La Perla and Playa Del Carmen.
- March 5th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
Reminders:

To be considered a part of Alejandra and Joseph's Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Paradisus may apply a charge to each guest who books outside of this group to attend welcome party events.
- A 3 night minimum stay is required.
- The Wedding is on May 22nd, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before March 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.

You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between March 1st, 2025 and April 1st, 2025, by 15% while maintaining the 3 night minimum without penalties. Exceeding reductions will be charged 50% of the original nights booked. Complete cancellation will result in a 50% penalty of entire stay.

If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after April 1st, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Paradisus will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Paradisus and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Paradisus.
