First, let us say this—your marriage matters.  Not just to us… but to God.

In a world where commitment is often taken lightly and communication is easily broken, choosing to invest in your marriage is both intentional and powerful. It speaks to your willingness to fight for your union, to grow beyond where you are, and to honor what God has joined together.

Investment & Payment Plan

Total Investment: $550 per couple (Hotel booked separately and not included in the price.)

Your marriage deserves intentional investment—and we’ve made it simple:

• $150 Deposit – Due at booking to secure your place
• $200 Second Payment – Due October 1, 2026
• $200 Final Payment – Due December 1, 2026 
•  Space is limited and secured only with deposit
• Hotel room at a discounted price.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

Retreat Itinerary

 

Day 1- Friday, February 12, 2027

4:00PM – Check-in Registration

Guests arrive, check in, and settle into their rooms.

Evening- Free time to relax, enjoy dinner on your own, and prepare for retreat experience.

 

Day 2 – Saturday, February 13, 2027

7:00AM – 8:00AM – Buffet Breakfast

Couples will begin the day with breakfast before the sessions begin.

 

9:00AM – 12:00PM – Morning Workshop Sessions

A time of teaching, reflection, and meaningful conversation focused on strengthening your marriage.

 

12:00PM – 2:00PM – Lunch Break

Couples will have time to enjoy lunch, relax and recharge.

 

2:00PM – 4:00PM – Evening Session

The day will conclude with afternoon /evening sessions.

 

4:00PM – Day Concludes

Couples are free to enjoy the evening at their leisure.

 

Day 3 – Sunday, February 14, 2027

8:00AM - 9:00AM - Contentenial Breakfast

A Day of Love/ Day is at your leisure.  Sleep in with your mate.

 

6:00PM-10PM -Vow Renewal Ceremony & A Night of Love Reception

Couples will gather for a beautiful vow renewal ceremony to recommit to their marriage, followed by an elegant reception.  Celebrating love, commitment, and their sacred gift of marriage.

Important Booking Terms

Please review before securing your space:

• The $150 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances
• Your space is not secured until the deposit is received
• All payments must be made in full by the final payment deadline
• Hotel not included in the price and book separately.
• Failure to complete payments by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation
• Retreat payments are separate from hotel accommodations

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are honored that you are considering joining us for this sacred and intentional experience designed to strengthen, restore, and deepen your marriage.

As this retreat is thoughtfully curated with care, planning, and prayer, we ask that you review the following policy with understanding and grace.

 

Cancellation by Guest

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. Should you need to cancel, the following will apply:

• More than 60 days prior to retreat:
  Payments made beyond the deposit may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any incurred expenses
• 30–59 days prior to retreat:
  50% of total retreat cost is non-refundable
• Less than 30 days prior to retreat:
  Full retreat cost is non-refundable
• No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures:
  No refunds will be issued

We ask for your understanding, as many elements of this retreat are prepaid and reserved in advance.

 

Transfer Policy

Registrations are generally non-transferable, as this experience is intentionally prepared for each registered couple.

However, in special circumstances, transfer requests may be considered with prior written approval.

 

If We Must Cancel

 

While we prayerfully plan for this retreat to proceed as scheduled, in the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances:

• • You will receive a full refund of all payments made to us
  • We are not responsible for external expenses such as airfare or additional travel arrangements
