If you plan to arrive one night prior to cruise departure we can provide quotes for airfare and hotel stay. Although this is not required, arriving one day prior is HIGHLY recommended due to potential flight delays.

Deposit and Payment Schedule

The 20% deposit per cabin is due at time of registration to secure your booking. Once initial deposits are made, you will receive a receipt and monthly invoice requesting a payment authorization of your credit card. You will receive this invoice monthly until trip is paid in full by December 20, 2025.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

There is a 20% deposit required to secure your cabin. This policy is in adherence to terms and conditions of Virgin Voyages. Please carefully review their terms & conditions as noted below.

If yes, you will be provided with travel insurance options and a quote after registration is completed.
