Escape 2 Serenity Travel, formerly 4 Serenity Travel, LLC and we are excited to help you with your travel arrangements. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Escape 2 Serenity Travel, and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name changes and fees.
PAYMENTS: All payments are obtained using a secured payment link. This will allow our clients to make payments using major credit cards remotely and securely. These payments must be received in full 60 days before travel. Cash, Checks, and money orders are not accepted.
REFUNDS: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable by Escape 2 Serenity Travel, llc. This is because we have contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Travel Insurance and Protection is optional and highly recommended to protect your travel investment. All payments are made directly to the supplier, and they are responsible for providing travel vouchers or credits if appropriate when a reservation is cancelled. Please note cancellation fees are applicable.
