  • Day 1 : Wednesday, July 19th  - Arrive for check-in and start with a half-day tour of the grounds ( if needed) and get your bearings. unpack your bags.
  • Day 2 : Thursday, July 20th  - FREE TIME - Relax on the beach,  due an excursion by taking a tour of the country (please let me know if you are interested in taking a tour or do some cool things in Cancun).
  • Day 3: Friday, July 21th  - 
  • Day 4:  Saturday, July 22nd  - 
  • Day 5 & 6: Sunday & Monday, July 23rd & 24th  FREE TIME - Relax on the beach,  do an excursion by taking a tour of the country
  • Day 7:  Tuesday - It's time to pack it up , say your goodbye to head home.
 
 
Preferred travel dates: July 19 - July 25, 2023 - Travel accommodations are made based on each individual if you can not stay the entire time, no worries! . Whether you are coming late or leaving early accommodations can be adjusted to your schedule, however a minimum of 3 night is required.

Forms of payment accepted, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. Anyone needing an alternative form of payment (Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo will be charged a $25 service fee) 

 Payment plans are available only after you have secured your room with a payment. Please let us know if a payment plan is needed.

Flights accommodation can not be arraigned more then 330 days in advance of the departure date.   Flights will open up in the fall of 2022. 

 

PITTSBURGH GUEST ONLY - You will receive a group flight rate from Southwest Airlines.  There will be a $60 non-refundable deposit .  This fee will guarantee your seat and price.  This fee will be added to your total flight cost (example: If your round-trip flight cost $600 - $60 non-refundable deposit = $540 balance due).   More information will be provided once Southwest flight schedule opens. 

Your Non-refundable fee can be paid at any time and must be paid via PayPal only to @reneewright69@yahoo.com.  All processing fees will be waived for this transaction only.

 
OTHER GUEST- You will receive the package rate for airfare and hotel.  Prices may vary depending on your departing location. More information will be provided once flight schedule opens.
 
 AIRFARE CREDIT ✈️ If you have airline credits with a certain airline, feel free to use your travel credits for air. By choosing to use your air credit you will be responsible for making your own flight arrangements with the airlines you have credit with. Please notify me once your flight has been booked so transportation arraignments can be made accordingly.

PASSPORT ARE REQUIRED 
 
All customers traveling both internationally and domestically are required to present proper identification upon flight check-in and when clearing security or Customs. It is the traveler's responsibility to provide the correct documents and failure to do so may result in being denied boarding for the flight. Regrettably, we are unable to refund unused flights, hotel, or features because of denied boarding situations.

Nationals of other countries, residing in the U.S. with a Resident Alien Card, see the States Department's consular website at www.travel.state.gov.

Before you travel, make sure you also know the entry requirements of your destination country which can be found by visiting the country's consulate or embassy web site. Airlines may require special or additional documentation for children traveling without their legal guardian beyond what is mandated by the destination country. New VISITAX tax to be paid online before departure, or at CUN or CZM airport - about $10 per person

 
Please take the time to learn about a new tax that the state of Quintana Roo is introducing as of April 1, 2021 for all departing foreign tourists.
  • • The usage fee will be approximately USD 10 per person, depending on the exchange rate between the Mexican Peso and USD
  • • Tourists can pay prior to their arrival, when entering Cancun or Cozumel or online during their stay since the payment verification will happen once tourists leave the state
  • • Kiosks will also be available at the airports to collect payment and provide a QR code
  • • Customers will not be allowed through security without a valid QR code
  • • Once you purchase your vacation, you will receive your travel itinerary with a website link where you can make the payment online

COVID Testing - Riu Hotels & Resorts As a reminder, Riu Hotels & Resorts have ended complementary COVID-19 testing for guests traveling in 2022. For guests traveling 3/10/22 and beyond, COVID-19 tests will be available on property, but for an additional to be paid directly to the hotel.
