The Pyramids & Skylines: New Year’s Celebration in Egypt & Dubai trip does not include:

✘ International flights to and from Egypt/Dubai

✘ Visa fees for Egypt (UAE does not require a visa for U.S. citizens)

✘ Personal expenses (souvenirs, extra meals, drinks, shopping, etc.)

✘ Optional activities not listed in the itinerary

✘ Gratuities for guides, drivers, and hotel staff

✘ Meals outside of those specified (breakfasts, luxury brunch, and dinner cruise are included)

✘  Travel insurance

Group Booking Policies – Traveling with AIR

All trips booked through Angela Instant Results LLC are subject to the following terms and conditions:

FLIGHT INSTRUCTIONS

Travelers are responsible for booking flights to and from the designated airport. Your flight must arrive no later than the required time listed for group transfers, and departures must align with the itinerary to coordinate with group transport. Detailed flight instructions will be provided specific to each trip.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE & POLICY

• Your personalized payment schedule will be outlined in your invoice at the time of booking.

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, per our terms & conditions.

• Deposits must be paid in full; partial deposits or monthly payments are not accepted unless otherwise promoted.

• Payment of the deposit confirms your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

• Reservations with two consecutive missed payments may be canceled due to nonpayment, without refund.

• All invoices incur a 3.5% + $0.30 processing fee (non-refundable).

• Payment options include Automatic Payments or Standard Payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Travelers have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel for a full refund of the deposit and any payments made.

• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to alinton@ainstantresult.com.

• After the 24-hour window, all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable, due to binding vendor agreements.

• This policy remains in effect under all circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies, changes in travel plans, or dissatisfaction with the itinerary or services provided.

• Once your deposit is made, it reflects a firm commitment and cannot be refunded or applied to another trip.

Angela Instant Results LLC strongly recommends travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen changes, delays, or emergencies. Travel insurance is required to participate in any group experience.

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION

• Invoices will be issued via email once a deposit is submitted.

• All guests will receive individualized invoices reflecting their payment terms and due dates.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

• A valid passport (valid for at least six months beyond your return date) is required for international travel.

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain proper documentation. No refunds will be issued due to failure to obtain a valid passport.

• Proof of passport submission may be requested.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

• Some destinations require a visa or travel authorization prior to arrival.

• Travelers are responsible for checking the visa requirements for their destination.

• Information applies to U.S. citizens; non-U.S. citizens must verify with their own consulates.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

• Health and vaccination requirements will be communicated for each destination.

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all health entry requirements.

TOUR ENDURANCE

• This trip may involve walking, long transfers, or other physical activities. Travelers must be physically able to participate in scheduled excursions.

If your financial situation changes and you are unable to make a scheduled payment, notify us immediately at alinton@ainstantresult.com to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
