  • Payment Plan: 10-month installment plan available (Affirm and Klarna payments accepted). Deposit due date: September 1, 2025. The payment plan will start on October 15, 2025, and end on July 15, 2026. The final payment will consist of a monthly payment of $300 for doubles and a monthly payment of $356 for singles. Should you decide to pay the trip balance in full, the payment will need to be paid in full by June 15, 2026. 
  • Travel Docs Required: Visa and a valid passport
 
 
Note: Clients are responsible for booking and paying for their departure flight to Phuket, Thailand, and return flight home from Bangkok, Thailand.

  • PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE  & ROOMMATE MATCHING AVAILABLE 
    • Once a deposit is received, travelers have the option to enter into a monthly payment plan, with payments due on the 15th of each month, or pay the remaining balance in full by June 15, 2026. 
      • Travelers entering into payment plans will be invoiced monthly. 
 
  • Travel Insurance
    Missing a trip and/or losing the money you paid for your trip can be heartbreaking. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you and your investment in case of an emergency. Should you decide not to cover your trip, we will require that you sign our travel insurance waiver. 

 

  • It is essential that you advise us before booking if you do have any disability or pre-existing medical condition which may affect your tour, or if you have any special requirements as a result of any disability or medical condition (including any which affect the booking process) so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of the arrangements and/or in making the booking.

 

  • The price of your itinerary will be based on known costs at the date of issue of the itinerary. All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, but we reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments to those prices should our vendor's prices change. 
 
 

 

  • Entry Requirements:  

    Required Documents for Travel to Thailand

    Please have the following documents ready.

    • A passport with at least six months' validity
    • Visa or visa exemption qualification
    • Buy Thailand Travel Insurance
    • Boarding pass to be presented at Passport Control
    • Hotel booking confirmation, if asked by the Immigration Officer

       

    Note: Vaccination records are no longer required. Incorrect documents will delay the entry screening by the rules of the Thai immigration bureau and its Thai immigration officials.
 
 Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Your passport should not expire before May 15, 2027.

🗓️ 10-Day Thailand Itinerary: Phuket & Bangkok

📍 Days 1–5: Phuket (Oct 25 – Oct 29)

 

  • Day 1: Arrive in Phuket. Enjoy a private airport transfer to the resort and unwind on the beach. 

  • Day 2: Take a full-day boat tour to Phi Phi Islands or James Bond Island.

  • Day 3: Visit the Big Buddha, explore Old Phuket Town, and relax at the beach.

  • Day 4: Enjoy leisure time or optional activities like snorkeling or spa treatments (Free Day). 

  • Day 5: Enjoy leisure time for shopping or exploring local markets before transferring to the airport for your flight to Bangkok.

 

📍 Days 6–10: Bangkok (Oct 29 – Nov 3)

 

  • Day 5: Arrive in Bangkok. Transfer to the hotel and relax after our journey.

  • Day 6: Embark on a guided city tour, visiting the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and the Emerald Buddha Temple.

  • Day 7: Experience a half-day excursion to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. 

  • Day 8: Participate in a Thai cooking class.

  • Day 9: Group Farewell Dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River.

  • Day 10: Enjoy leisure time for shopping or exploring local markets before transferring to Bangkok Airport for your departure.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

 

Travel Insurance is highly recommended. If the traveler cancels by November 15, 2025, the traveler will be refunded 100% of the funds paid minus the deposit. If a traveler cancels after November 15, 2025, but by March 15, 2026, the traveler will be refunded 50% of the funds paid minus the deposit. No cancellations compensation will be allowed after March 15, 2026.

 

Any cancellations made after March 15, 2026, ALL FUNDS PAID WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE AND/OR NON-TRANSFERABLE. 


Any service fees paid are not refundable. Refund processing can take up to 30 business days.
