Travel Service Agreement
This document represents an Agreement between CLIENT and Traveling In Style LGLG. This agreement takes effect immediately.
Scope of Representation:
The Customer hereby appoints the Agent(s) as the exclusive agent(s) in acquiring transportation, accommodations, meals, service fees, and events and/or guided tours (If requested/included in quote) for a vacation travel plan for the dates stated in the client's requested quote.
Terms:
Customer authorizes Traveling In Style LGLG to book his/her vacation package. Customer understands that Traveling In Style LGLG will do everything possible to assist customer with this vacation but is ultimately not responsible for: (1) missed flights or missed check-in due to traveler error, (2) weather interruptions that may cause a delay or rescheduling of travel/events/excursions/tours, (3) trip cancellation due to missed payment deadlines, (4) Travel Insurance, (5) failure to produce a valid passport at the time of departure.
Customer further understands and agrees with the terms and agreements, payments, and cancellation policies set forth by Traveling In Style LGLG. Customer further agrees to pay the required deposit by the quote deadline date, as specified by Traveling In Style LGLG. Thereafter, a deposit of $300 is due by September 1, 2025. Monthly payment of $300 (Double) $356 (Single) will be due and payable on or before the 15th day of each month beginning October 15, 2025, and continuing monthly, with the final payment being due and payable on or before July 15, 2026. If the client opts to pay the trip in full instead of monthly payments, full payment will need to be received by June 15, 2026.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
If a traveler cancels by November 15, 2025, the traveler will be refunded 100% of the funds paid minus the deposit. If the traveler cancels after November 15, 2025, but by March 15, 2026, the traveler will be refunded 50% of the funds paid minus the deposit. No cancellations compensation will be allowed after March 15, 2026. Any cancellations made after March 15, 2026, ALL FUNDS PAID WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE. Refund processing can take up to 30 business days.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to protect their purchase. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and available through our recommended third-party. Customer understands that they will be given the option to purchase Travel Insurance separately for an additional fee.
If, for whatever reason, the included tour(s) are canceled or unavailable by the operator, a substitution or refund for that portion of travel will be given.
A valid passport is required for travel. Customer understands and agrees that he/she MUST have a passport at the time of departure that meets the country of destination qualification requirements.
Duration and Termination:
- This agreement comes into force on the date signed/agreed.
- This agreement is initially made for the duration of the payment and the trip timeframe.

Either party can terminate this agreement with immediate effect when:
- The other party hasn’t fulfilled the duties of the agreement.
- The customer falls short on payment after 30 days.
Acknowledgment:
These terms constitute a contractual agreement between the CLIENT & Traveling In Style LGLG. By signing and/or acknowledging this Agreement, Customer expresses his/her understanding and acceptance of these Terms.
