Guidelines for Booking Your Custom Vacation Package 

To get started, please ensure you complete the travel inquiry form in full. A non-refundable planning fee is required and must be paid before we begin our research. Each form is designated for a single destination and includes up to three tailored quotes. For multiple destinations, simply submit an additional inquiry form for each.

Once we've received your form and planning fee, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your quotes. Depending on the volume, there might be slight delays. We’ll reach out to you within 3-5 business days to discuss the details of your itinerary and gather any further information needed to get started. Timely responses are critical to avoid any delays in processing your request. All communications will be conducted via email, so kindly check your inbox and spam folders regularly.
 
How To Submit:

    •    Step 1: Select the Blue Book Now Button.   
    •    Step 2: Select "1" for number of travelers. 
    •    Step 3: Click 'Continue To Traveler Info' and fill out the form in its entirety.
    •    Step 4: Click 'Continue To Payment'
    •    Step 5: Authorize payment for planning fee.
    •    Step 6: Wait 3-5 business day for quotes to be sent to your email.
 

Refund Policy 

We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service in planning your dream vacation. Please note the following regarding our planning fees:

  • Non-Refundable Planning Fees: Our planning fees secure the dedicated time and resources of our expert travel advisors. Therefore, once paid, these fees are non-refundable.

  • Non-Transferable Fees: Planning fees are specific to your unique travel package and cannot be transferred to another service or individual.
