Please note, all payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
In the event that the experience is cancelled due to COVID-19, funds may be transferred to another Wishful Escapes hosted experience but NO refund will be issued.
Travel insurance coverage will provide reimbursement in the unfortunate instance of a medical emergency, trip delays, and lost or delayed baggage and some form of reimbursement in the event you will need to cancel your trip.
As travel opens up around the world, all destinations, airports, air carriers, hotels, restaurants, transfer companies, car rental companies, shops and excursions have established COVID-19 safety measures and precautions which may change from day to day. These safety measures may include but are not limited to curfews, attraction closings and reduced hours, size of group gatherings, social distancing requirements, health screenings and self-quarantine requirements. In addition, you must follow CDC guidelines and the recommendations of health officials. Please note that any public location where people have been or are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and Wishful Escapes cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your vacation. By traveling, you agree that you assume these inherent risks associated with your vacation. Any and all additional costs will be your sole responsibility.
Wishful Escapes Terms and General Group Policies:
All payments for hosted itineraries are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Please register in your Full Legal Name as it appears on your Passport or Government Issued Identification.
All travelers MUST be over the age of 21.
Airfare is not included in the rate. Travelers are required to purchase their own flights.
Airport Transfers will only be provided for guest flying into San Francisco Airport (SFO).
If Double Occupancy is selected as your package, each guests must register separately and select the Double package. All parties must make their deposit payment within 1 day of the initial traveler deposit payment has been received. If not, the total package price will be adjusted to number of travelers who paid their deposit at that time.
Please adhere to the Payment Schedule. It’s important that you stay within the payment deadlines. Payments must be paid on time to secure your reservation from getting cancelled.
Not paying your invoice on time according to the scheduled payment deadline may cause you to lose items within your package and/or cancellation.
All guest(s) on the reservation must be up-to-date with their payments.
Please notify Wishful Escapes of any late payment. If no contact is made within 10 days of a missed payment Wishful Escapes will assume you have cancelled your reservation.
The hotel may require you to present a valid photo ID, credit or debit card at check-in. The card is required for any incidental charges not included in the room rate.
Payments received after the final due date will incur a $50 late fee.
If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guest added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up-to-date.
Room assignments are at the discretion of the hotel/resort and can change at anytime. Wishful Escapes CAN NOT guarantee bedding accommodations or room locations.
We reserve the right to make any changes to the hotel/resort, vendors, tours/excursions, itinerary and/or entertainment line up.
Travel Documents and Confirmation email will go out 30 days before your arrival date.
Wishful Escapes shall not be liable, for any personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, or any other loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of any act, omission or negligence of any direct air carrier, motor coach company, hotel or any other person rendering any service or providing any accommodation or event in conjunction with the travel package. Wishful Escapes shall not be liable, for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, sustained as a result of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, Government action (Deployment), weather, act of God, failure to make timely payments, or any other reason beyond Wishful Escapes control.
