Payment Authorization
I authorize Front Row Travels LLC to charge the indicated credit card or bank account for the noted amount. I certify that I am an authorized user and will not dispute the payment if it corresponds to the invoice terms. All payments and deposits are nonrefundable; travel protection is highly recommended. Payments received 48 hours after the due date incur a 10% late fee.


Voluntary Participation & Liability Release
I am voluntarily participating in food, beverage, cannabis tastings, and walking tours. I am in reasonable health without limitations that could render me susceptible to injury. I release Front Row Travels®, its employees, contractors, agents, owners, vendors, and participants from all liability and agree not to sue for any physical, psychological, economic, or emotional injury or loss resulting from participation, travel, activities, or consumption of cannabis or alcohol.

Chargeback Policy
You agree not to file a credit/debit card chargeback before allowing us to address any concerns. Chargebacks used to avoid our cancellation policy are considered fraud. We will dispute chargebacks vigorously and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks. If we win a chargeback dispute, you agree to reimburse our attorney's fees, time, costs, and expenses.

Photo Release & Consent
By participating, you grant Front Row Travels®, its representatives, and employees the right to photograph and video you and your property. You authorize us to copyright, use, and publish these images in print and electronically for publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content with or without your name. You release us from any expectation of privacy or confidentiality. Participation is voluntary with no financial compensation. Publication confers no ownership or royalty rights. You release Front Row Travels®, its contractors, employees, and third parties from liability for any claims related to your participation.
