Cancellation policy:
This trip is 100% Non-Refundable however, any room cancellation request needs to be emailed to info@globalgiftstravel.com prior to July 15, 2020.
Travel Document Requirement:
All participants must have a valid United States passport (passports are not required to register). Passport MUST be valid 6 months after October 13, 2020.
Hazardous Material Disclosure:
Federal law forbids the carriage of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard the aircraft. If you do not understand these restrictions, contact your airline or go to http://www.faa.gov/about/initiatives/hazmat_safety.
Travel Protection/Travel Insurance:
Travel protection is not mandatory, however, this trip is NON-REFUNDABLE. Travel Protection is highly recommended to help protect your investment. Travelers can obtain a quote at the "Click Here" link below. Travel insurance can be purchased at any point PRIOR to your departure date.
Travel insurance/protection is NOT included in the rate, which makes it an additional cost. Insurance should ideally include ALL upfront expenses for your trip i.e. airfare, hotel stay etc. However, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions you should consider obtaining travel insurance within 10 days of securing your trip.

- All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- MAXIMUM 2 guest per room.
- SPACE IS LIMITED!!!
- Please register in your Full Legal Name as it appears on your Passport.
- A Passport is required for this trip. Your passport must be valid 6 months after your return date for any international travel.
- All travelers MUST be over the age of 21.
- Global Gifts Travel DOES NOT send out payment reminders. You are responsible for keeping up with your payments and payment schedule.
- Rates are not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
- Room rates are based on the total occupancy (Single or Double).
- Airport Transfers will only be provided for guest flying into UVF, Hewanorra International Airport.
- If Double Occupancy is selected as your package, each guests must register separately and select the Double Occupancy package. Both parties must make their deposit within 1 day of the initial traveler deposit being received. If not, the total package price will be adjusted to the number of travelers who paid their deposit.
- Please adhere to the Payment Schedule. It’s important that you stay within the payment deadlines. Payments must be paid on time to secure your reservation from getting cancelled.
- Not paying your invoice on time according to the scheduled payment deadline may cause you to lose items within your package and/or cancellation.
- All guest(s) on the reservation must be up-to-date with their payments.
- Please notify Global Gifts Travel of any late payment. If no contact is made within 10 days of a missed payment Global Gifts Travel will assume you have cancelled your reservation.
- The resort may require you to present a valid photo ID, credit or debit card at check-in. The card is required for any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or spa services which are not included in the room rate.

If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guest added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up-to-date.
- Room assignments are at the discretion of the hotel/resort and can change at anytime. Global Gifts Travel CAN NOT guarantee bedding accommodations or room locations.
- Airfare is not included in the rate. Travelers are required to purchase their own flights.
- We reserve the right to make any changes to the hotel/resort, vendors, tours/excursions, itinerary and/or entertainment line up.
- Travel Documents and Confirmation email will go out 2 weeks before your arrival date.
- Global Gifts Travel shall not be liable, for any personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, or any other loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of any act, omission or negligence of any direct air carrier, motor coach company, hotel or any other person rendering any service or providing any accommodation or event in conjunction with the travel package. Global Gifts Travel shall not be liable, for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, sustained as a result of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, Government action (Deployment), weather, act of God, failure to make timely payments, or any other reason beyond Global Gifts Travel control.
