If you’re booking before April 11, 2025, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
After the 7-day grace period (but still before April 11, 2025), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.
Between April 10, 2025, and July 1, 2025, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date.
After July 1, 2025, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.
