Travel insurance rates are based on age at the time of travel and the price of the trip. We use third-party insurance as this is the most flexible for coverage and claims.
Travel insurance is most often between 5-6% of the total trip cost and slightly higher after you reach 60 years of age when the rates average closer to 8%.
