Finally!! You are headed to Greece and it is never to early to start packing your bags!!! You will experience the most sand-sational beaches of Greece along with the raw and rollicking heart of Athens where ancients myths and modern influences combine. Immune yourself into the wild and child Mykonos and, and sail into Mediterranean waters, fancy yourself at the majestic ruins. And get yourself pampered in the Instagrammable streets of Santorini. Get ready to live the good life in Greece!
You will travel by air from your home's international airport to Athens Greece. You will travel by Ferry or Hydrofoil with an economy class ticket from Athens to Mykonos, Mykonos to Santorini and then Santorini back to Athens. You will then hop that flight from Athens back home to tell everyone what an amazing experience you had exploring the Greek islands!! The Ferry/hydrofoil transfers between islands can take between 2.5 hours to 5.25 hours depending on the type of vessel and water conditions. So sit back and bask in the glory of Greece as you island hop!!! This will truly be an experience for all.
$3500 per person - hotel, transfers, excursion package ONLY
Air is not included. If group gets 15 or more passengers from Chicago then Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC will arrange round trip group air from Chicago Ohare to Athens that can be added to your invoice. Otherwise, you will be responsible for purchasing round trip air to Athens, Greece.
PASSPORT BOOKS ARE REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL TO GREECE!! Visas are not required for stays of less than 90 days!!
Hotel/Transfer/Excursion Packages $3500 per person, based on double occupancy or triple occupancy
$4500, based on single occupancy
Deposit is $250 per person (non-refundable).
Monthly payment plan schedule with 50% of your trip needing to be paid by 09/15/2023.
Final payment due 02/15/2024
If you submit your deposit in December 2022 then your monthly payment plan would be about $200 or so a month.
*quoted packages prices are subject to change without notice until your vacation is booked. If your rate is more at booking than the quoted rate, you will be notified by Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC.
If you and your roommate will be on the same invoice, then select 2 for number of travelers and submit the deposit for both. If you all will be on different invoices then select 1 for number of travelers and each traveler in the room must complete a separate reservation form and submit their deposit separately. If submitting separately then your room will not be reserved/booked until the deposit has been received for all travelers in a the room.

Itinerary:
- Day 1 (5/10/2024 - Arrival to Athens): Welcome to Greece! Our driver will be waiting for you to greet you at the airport of Athens at your arrival. You will be driven to the hotel in Athens, the capital of Greece. Athens is the historical capital of Europe, with a long history, dating from the first settlement in the Neolithic age. In the 5th Century BC (the “Golden Age of Pericles”) the culmination of Athens’ long, fascinating history the city’s values and civilization acquired a universal significance. Over the years, a multitude of conquerors occupied Athens, and erected unique, splendid monuments. In 1834, it became the capital of the Modern Greek state and in two centuries since it has become an attractive modern metropolis with unrivalled charm. Rest of the day at leisure to check in and relax. Overnight: Athens
- Day 2 (5/11/2024 - Athens): Enjoy your breakfast at hotel in Athens. Today, pick up for the Organized Athens Sightseeing. This tour gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Our expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop). Continue and pass by the Prime Minister's residence (ex Royal Palace) guarded by the Euzones in their colourful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma). On the Acropolis visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally "the harmony between material and spirit", the monument that "puts order in the mind", the Parthenon. - Day 5 (05/14/2024 - Mykonos/Santorini) : Enjoy your breakfast at hotel in Mykonos. This morning pick up for transfer to Mykonos port to catch the ferry to island of Santorini, the stuff of myth and legend, with world-famous sunsets and breathtaking volcanic scenery. Ferry/hydrofoil transfers between islands can take between 2.5 hours to 5.25 hours depending on the type of vessel and water conditions. Arrival and transfer to hotel. Free time to relax or to explore the city at your own pace. Overnight: Santorini Meals: Breakfast

Hotel Policies/Info:
- Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE TRAVELING TO EUROPE!!!
• Room Sizes are Smaller - European cities are generally smaller in size, so they don't have a lot of room for big homes/hotels is not possible to book one room for four travelers/adults. You will need to book separate rooms. If you are traveling as a family and have children some accommodations have special rooms to accommodate
• Tap water is absolutely safe to drink- Refill your bottle with tap water everyday, safe to drink.
• Drivers Tip and city tax in hotels - In most places across Europe driver tip is mandatory and in certain hotels city tax is mandatory.
• Europe is on Foot - Europe is a destination where maximum attractions are covered through walking tours so pack a comfortable pair of shoes. Europe is an extremely pedestrian-friendly continent for relaxing walks. It is amazing for walking.
• Early Breakfast and Dinners are served in Europe.
• Porter services are generally not available in hotels so you need to carry your luggage to room on your own.
• Public Toilets are not free.
• Most of the places only Euros or Swiss francs are accepted so carry the currency accordingly.
Cancellation policy:
All packages and payments to Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable at the time of booking. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your vacation. The cost of travel insurance is NOT included in your package price. However,, you can find a company that sells travel insurance or you can go to the following link within 7-10 days of submitting your deposit to purchase a travel insurance policy. The sooner you purchase insurance the better your coverage. It is best that all travelers (you and your roommates) both purchase insurance policies. Carefully read the policies that will be offered and if you want cancel for any reason then you may have to select that to be added to your policy. Travel insurance can cover lost baggage, flight delays, medical expenses, etc. In the event you need to file a claim you will file it with the insurance company and not Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC If your policy has a cancellation clause and you need to cancel you will notify Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC that you need to cancel and then work with the insurance provider for any refunds, if applicable, and not Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC.
