• Prices for packages with flights are subject to change if flight prices increase (or decrease) significantly prior to booking request with completed deposit authorization. (You will be notified if there is a price increase prior to confirming your reservation).
• When you proceed to the next page, you will need to select one (single occupancy rate) or two (double occupancy rate) near the top of the page in a drop down menu in order to continue the booking process. 
• Please be sure you have all information for both travelers as it appears on the passport during the booking request. There will be change fees assessed if changes are necessary after deposit.

3. Gratuities, local taxes and fees
4. Items of a personal nature

Terms:

1. Completion of this booking request does not secure your reservation. Completion of this request authorizes payment for your deposit. You will receive a confirmation once your reservation is secured.
2. All payments made towards this trip are non-refundable. Travel protection is strongly advised.
3. Making a reservation signifies acceptance of Reid Travel Team, LLC  General Terms & Conditions in addition to all terms and conditions outlined here.
4. You must have a passport that will be valid at least six months past the final date of travel to book this trip. If you do not yet have a passport or need to have your passport renewed and choose to book, doing so will be at your own risk. Reid Travel Team, LLC nor any third parties are responsible for inability or interruption in travel due to issues with your travel documentation or identification.
5. Travel Protection is not included but is recommended and can be added on as per booking page. 
6. Some or all portions of this reservation may be made through a third party vendor and are subject to the vendors' Terms & Conditions.
7. If you are unable to participate in any portion of the trip that has not been cancelled by Reid Travel Team or the tour operator, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of this trip.
8. All reservations will be made according to the information provided here. Please ensure correct spelling and dates before submitting. Your name and date of birth submitted here MUST match the name and date of birth on your passport. Any changes made prior to final payment date will incur a $50 administrative fee (including but not limited to name changes, typographical errors on entry, etc.) AND any fees or cost difference assessed by the vendors. Changes may not be allowed after final payment date. If changes are allowed after final payment date, they will be subject to a $200 administrative fee AND any fees or cost difference assessed by the vendors. 

Cancellation policy:

1. All payments are non-refundable.
2. Full payment is due by March 7, 2024 @ 11:59pm. Reservation may be automatically canceled without notice if payment is not received at this time. 
3. Cancellation is further subject to terms outlined by vendors. 
4. Travel protection is highly recommended in the event of any unforeseen events precluding travel.
