DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
 
PASSPORTS ARE NOT REQUIRED, BUT ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
ANYONE WITHOUT A PASSPORT MUST HAVE A CERTIFIED COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND A valid PHOTO ID.
at time of deposit, you will be asked if you will be traveling with a passport or certified copy of your birth certificate and a valid photo id. Should you not be traveling with a passport, a waiver will be sent to you that must be completed prior to receiving your final travel documents.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE MANUALLY ENTERED BY OUR TEAM, NO PAYMENTS ARE AUTOMATIC. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your payment.
 
$500 per CABIN deposiT is due at time of booking.
final balance is due on March 10, 2026
as a courtesy to the group, EVERYONE WILL BE OFFERED A COMPLIMENTARY MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN via monthly email reminders
 
*If payment in full is not received by the due date, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
DESIGN OUR TRAVEL® is not responsible for cancellations due to final payment being made after the due date.

LATE FEES: if your final payment is not received prior to the due date above, you will incur a $50 late fee. All reservations are subject to cancellation penalties as described above in the terms and conditions if final payment is not received on the due date. Late fees are not covered by the travel insurance and are always non-refundable. all late fees will need to be paid prior to a payment towards your reservation being applied.

 

 

Cancellation Policy   

 
SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL, the $500 deposit is non-refundable. The remaining refund schedule is as follows:
 
CANCELLATION POLICIES: CANCELLATIONS 89 DAYS PRIOR TO SAILING AND UNDER ARE PART OF THE CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:
 
  • 89-75 DAYS PRIOR TO SAILING: 25% PER GUEST CANCELLATION FEE 
  • 74-61 DAYS PRIOR TO SAILING: 50% PER GUEST CANCELLATION FEE 
  • 60-31 DAYS PRIOR TO SAILING: 75% PER GUEST CANCELLATION FEE 
  • 30-0 DAYS PRIOR TO SAILING: FULL PENALTY

PLEASE submit ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS IN WRITING VIA EMAIL ONLY TO  GROUPS@DESIGNOURTRAVEL.COM  
ALL ADULT GUESTS ON THE BOOKING MUST CONFIRM CANCELLATION via an e-signature form that we will send. Upon receipt, we will review and reply with a confirmation of your cancellation.
A cancellation confirmation will be provided to the traveler for any potential travel insurance claims they may need to submit.
 
 
 
 

 

Change Fees
 
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: Any changes made to your existing stateroom reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of the change. If the number of individuals occupying a room changes, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the change in the per-person occupancy rate. If a traveler makes changes to their reservation, an administrative processing fee of $50 PER CHANGE MAY be assessed in addition to any travel supplier fees/penalties. This processing fee is to cover our time spent processing your reservation change. This fee is per change will double to $100 for changes made within 30 days of travel.  Fee must be paid prior to change being completed by Design Our Travel® LLC.

Upon receipt, we will review and reply with a confirmation AND ANY ADDITIONAL FEES THAT WERE INCURRED DUE TO THE CHANGE will be sent to you via invoice. invoice must be paid prior to the changes to be made.
