Cancellation policy:

All payments to Thomas Exclusive Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Thomas Exclusive Travel, LLC has contractual agreements with various vendors for this itinerary that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip.
Reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport and government issued ID.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
* Payments are NOT automatically drafted from your account UNLESS you select the autopay feature. You will be sent automated reminders.
Roommate Payments -roommates must complete separate registration from and submit their deposit within 24 hours of one another to secure a double occupancy reservation if they intend payment of separate deposits.
If roommates’ payment is not received within 24 hours, room will be booked at the single rate. Traveler would be responsible for any charges assess if roommate is later added.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the stateroom cancels and is not replaced with a new roommate.
Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee with management approval.
Reinstatement fee of $400 per person is required if payment is received after final due date. *You will have 5 days to reinstate reservation after canceled*
All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline. *$200 Late payment fee will be added to invoice. *
Travel protection is highly recommended.
