Daily Functional Movement Practice
Engage your whole body through DNB’s signature movement flow: squat, lunge, push, pull, bend, rotate, walk, and breathe. Low impact. High reward. For every level.
Sunset Tai Chi Flow
Restore your rhythm through slow, intentional movement as the sun sets. Tai Chi meets breathwork—designed for balance, grace, and inner calm.
Evening Nervous System Reset Breathwork
Close the day with restorative breath practices like 4-7-8 breathing, conscious sighs, and rhythmic stillness to promote deep rest.
Mindful Nature Walks & Grounding Exercises
Reconnect with the Earth through barefoot grounding, guided walks, and outdoor reflection journaling along peaceful forest paths.
Fire Pit Reflections + DNB Circle Gathering
End each day with warmth, stories, and connection. Bring your presence, your voice, and your truth to the circle. (Weather permitting)

Accommodations
Stay in a beautiful rustic lodge nestled in the Poconos. Cozy, warm, and simple. Shared rooms (2 max) and a few private rooms available (first-come). All beds are bottom bunk or standard queen/full.
