Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing (email endlesspossibilitiestravel@yahoo.com) and cannot be made verbally.

• Cancellation with Insurance: You'll receive a full refund  (minus cost of insurance) back to original form of payment or in a form of a voucher however it depends on the insurance options you paid for. Must cancel before 9 pm the before or on 03/29/2027.
  • Cancellation without Insurance:  Are subject to the hotel’s policy and any applicable supplier fees.  Refund will vary. Cancellation fee is due before any cancellation are made. 
• Cancellation fee is $50 per person due at the time of cancellation.
