TRIP PAYMENTS:
  • Deposits: $100 (USD) per traveler
    • Refundable within 6-days of booking
    • Non-refundable after 7-days of booking
     
  • Final Payments are Due by  Monday, July 25th, 2022.
  • All trip costs/fees are non-refundable after Tuesday, July 26th, 2022.

    Important Note: Cancellation penalties for some travel arrangements may differ from our general conditions. In this occurrence, you will be advised of these addendums at the time of confirmation or prior to any penalties becoming applicable and as soon as we are notified of these special conditions.
 

TRAVEL PROTECTION ASSURANCE COVERAGE:
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility. Based on BAG Travel's current cancellation policies, the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.

  • A Travel Protection Policy MUST be purchased.  BAG Travel offers group rate travel protection plan option via our partner: Allianz Travel Insurance.
    • To request travel protection, include "Travel Protection" in your cart at the time of your booking fee transaction.

  • If the optional coverage above is declined, a Travel Insurance Waiver Form is required to be signed and returned by each person, at least 3-business days after deposit payment.

  • Insurance Rates: All rates are subject to reconfirmation at the time of the policy being purchased. We will be happy to quote current rates, however these are not guaranteed until the policy is purchased.

  • BAG Travel cannot sell insurance to clients non US or Canadian residents or if you reside in Quebec.

PASSPORT & VISA SERVICES:
