The Quiet Storm Escape is an adults-only group celebration. Moon Palace Jamaica is a family-friendly resort, and children may be present elsewhere on the property.

Any additional excursions or special experiences will be identified separately before purchase. Your confirmed reservation details will specify what is included in your package.

💳 RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT PLAN

Ready to join us? Review the room options and pricing on the next page, then submit your reservation request with each traveler’s details and your credit card authorization.

The $450 per-person Quiet Storm deposit is non-refundable and includes the entertainment fees. It is paid separately via Zelle—it is not charged through this reservation form or your credit card authorization.

After we receive your completed request, Queens of the Isles will send the Zelle payment instructions through your personal travel portal. Please wait for those instructions before sending your deposit.

Submitting your form does not confirm your reservation. We will send your official confirmation after your request has been processed and the required deposit has been received. Rooms are subject to availability until confirmed.

After your initial deposit, monthly payments are requested on the 15th of each month. We will send a reminder five days before each payment date. Your reservation details will show your remaining balance and final payment deadline.

✈️ AIRFARE & AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Airfare is not included in the package price. Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights to Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Shared roundtrip airport transfers are available for qualifying four-night stays and must be arranged in advance. Once your flights are booked, submit your complete arrival and departure flight details through your travel portal by the deadline Queens of the Isles provides.

Guests who do not submit their flight details by the required deadline may be responsible for arranging and paying for their own airport transportation.

🛂 PASSPORT & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A valid passport is required for international travel to Jamaica. We strongly recommend that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your scheduled return date.

Each traveler’s name on the reservation must match their passport exactly. Guests are responsible for checking the entry requirements that apply to their citizenship and travel documents before departure.

🛡️ TRAVEL PROTECTION

Travel protection is strongly recommended and must be purchased separately.

Depending on the policy selected, it may provide benefits for eligible cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies, baggage issues, and other covered circumstances. Please review your options when you make your reservation, since some benefits may require purchase within a limited time after your initial payment.

Purchasing travel protection does not automatically make your trip refundable. Coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, and reimbursement are determined by the insurance provider and the policy you select.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

The $450 per-person Quiet Storm deposit, which includes the entertainment fees, is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel your trip, any additional payments toward your resort stay will be subject to the cancellation terms and deadlines provided with your reservation. No-shows, early departures, and unused portions of your stay may also be non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection. If you cancel for a reason covered by your policy, you may submit a claim to the insurance provider. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by the insurer; purchasing travel protection does not guarantee a refund.
