• Additional promotional materials not provided by the sponsor for swag bag distribution
Sponsorship Terms & Cancellation Policy
All sponsorship purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the limited number of sponsorship opportunities available and the immediate allocation of marketing placements, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted once a sponsorship has been secured.
By purchasing an Executive Brand Sponsorship, the sponsor agrees to provide all logos, promotional materials, and swag bag items by the requested deadlines to ensure inclusion in marketing and event materials.
Norfolk Takeover Cruise reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to promotional placements, event schedules, or marketing timelines if necessary. In the unlikely event of changes to the event schedule or programming, sponsors will still receive the agreed-upon promotional value and brand exposure associated with their sponsorship level.
