Itinerary:

(A full daily itinerary will be shared closer to the retreat.)

Day 1: Arrival + welcome moment at House of AIA. Ground into the space and connect with your fellow travelers, tour the property, group dinner.
Day 2: Morning Pilates, nourishing meals, optional adventure or spa time, open dinner, dance party on the beach.
Day 3: Morning Pilates, movement, meditation, and beach time. Wind down with a beautiful group dinner under the stars.
Day 4: Slow morning, Pilates, and heartfelt goodbyes.

Travel Insurance:

To protect your investment we recommend trip insurance to all travelers.

Booking & Cancellation:

An initial deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of booking. The final balance may be paid at that time or no later than August 16th.

Cancellation Policy:

• All trips are within cancelation at this stage and fully nonrefundable
