Itinerary:

  • Day 1 (Aruba): Arrive at AUA airport and catch your shared transportation to the resort.
 
  • Day 2 (Aruba): Spend day at leisure. Join group for Chogogo Party Bus (optional $)
 
  • Day 3-4 (Aruba): Explore the city
  •  
  • Day 5 (Aruba): Meet shared transportation back to AUA airport for return flight home
 
 
 

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel without having travel protection, your fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE. Travel protection is not mandatory but highly recommended.  If you cancel with travel protection, fees paid will be refunded back to the original form of payment, minus the cost of travel protection, minus cancelation fees of $50 which will be paid to Travel by Chasity, LLC before the cancelation is entered (through Square invoice).  There may also be hotel cancelation fees as well, depending on when the trip is canceled. 
 
Terms and Conditions:
A monthly payment of $150+ per person must be made.  If monthly payment is not made, the booking will be canceled and fees paid are non-refundable.  If a payment has not been made by the 1st of the following month, the booking will be canceled. DO NOT book this trip if you will not be able to travel during the posted dates and if you aren't able to pay the final balance by the referenced due dates. Hotel guests will act in the best interest of the group members, themselves, and Travel by Chasity, LLC.  You will not disrupt any other person and will be on your best behavior at all times.  If you are removed from the hotel for any reason before your documented departure date, any fees or expenses occurred will be the responsibility of the traveler and they will not be due a refund.

Vacation Protection Plan Plus [VPP+] with Pre-Departure Waiver

Pre-Departure Waiver and the following service are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. VPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of deposit date or by final payment due date, whichever occurs first. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.

Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM local time of the hotel the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP+, you will receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees].

Change Fee Waiver:
A one-time change fee, per person will be waived prior to final payment due date. This applies only to Vacation Express change fees per our Terms and Conditions Contract. This does not include airline change fees where applicable. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates. Re-issuing of airline tickets or hotel deviations while in-destination will incur a $75 per person change fee.

Booking Price Drop Guarantee:
A one-time price adjustment is permitted per room and only applies to the land portion. The air portion of a booking is not eligible for price adjustment. All travelers in the room must have purchased insurance to qualify. Price adjustments must be requested prior to final payment due date and, if applicable, any refunds will be processed to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested for added tours, transfers or fees. This does not apply to non-refundable room categories. Pricing must be available at Vacation Express at time of the request and all components must match. Email request for price drop adjustment to pricedrop@vacationexpress.com and include current screen shot including same hotel, room category and flight schedule. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates.

Visit Aruba's state-of-the-art Aloe Vera Factory and learn about the production process, the beneficial properties of the plant and the 160 year-old history of aloe that Aruba holds. Next stopover will be at the extraordinary Casibari Rock Formation, which inexplicably rises up from the desert, generating an unusual natural monument that offers a breathtaking view of the island. Afterwards, you will be taken to the Alto Vista Chapel, a beautiful little place reached through a winding road and surrounded by the Peace Labyrinth, a path that allows for contemplation and meditation. To round things up, visit the California Lighthouse, a tall sentinel named after an old shipwreck, where you will enjoy some great sightseeing.
