We are so excited for our upcoming destination wedding at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya on May 9, 2025! We are grateful that you are planning on attending. To make the booking process for your room and travel super simple, we are working with Ashley at Going Your Way Travel to ensure everything goes smoothly. We have collaborated with her to secure the best resort prices with small deposits and gracious final due dates. She will also ensure all of our friends and family are registered to attend the wedding and celebrations.
Basic starting prices and room categories are shown below, but it's best to email ashley@goingyourwaytravel.com with your preferred dates, desired room, and number of passengers.

What's included in your room package:

- All the wedding festivities (If you book your room outside of this group block, you will be charged $75/person to attend the wedding, reception and cocktail hour)

What's not included in the room price:
- Flights: We can add them if you wish when they come available, or you can book on your own. A $100/person service fee will be added for any flights Small Town Wanderer Travel books.
- Travel Protection and Medical Insurance: The best options for your needs will be quoted based on age. (Highly Recommended to have this added)
- Excursions or Spa Treatments : Can be booked beforehand or on site.
Booking Process:
- Reach out to ashley@goingyourwaytravel.com and let her know what dates you are thinking.
- Give her the names and ages of all in your group.
- She will be in contact with you with all your options and answer your questions.
- Finalize your package.
- Itemized invoice will be sent to securely receive you card information.
- Pay room deposit of $200 (plus travel protection and flights)
- Make sure your passport is good because you are coming to Cancun!!
- Pay remaining balance by due date
