  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort. If you stay at a different resort, you'll need to purchase a wedding day pass for $289usd

Itinerary:

Wedding Day: Saturday December 5th, 2026.

 

Payment Schedule:

  • June 20th, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
  • August 20th, 2026 70% of room total is due.
  • October 5th, 2026 Your remaining balance is due.
 
 

Reminders:

To be included in Emma and Rikki’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Emma and Rikki with a deposit already paid on each room.

 

  1. Individual reservations booked outside this room block, will have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s) at $330 per person per day.

  2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  4. Grand Velas, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type, however rooms will be assigned based on hotel’s availability upon check in.

  5. October 4th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  6. Maximum suite occupancy is three adults and one minor or two adults and two minors. Quadruple adult occupancy is not allowed.

  7. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  8. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

  9. Child Policies:

    • Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.

    • Children must stay in room with at least one adult.

    • Maximum 2 free children per room ages 0 - 3. Exceeding children will be charged the adult occupancy rate.

    • When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.

    • If booking more than two children, your invoice will be manually updated after booking to reflect the correct rate.

 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before August 20th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 2 night minimum.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after August 20th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Grand Velas Riviera Maya will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. The resort will not allow room name reassignments outside of 60 days before travel.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Grand Velas Riviera Maya and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Grand Velas Riviera Maya.
