About the Hotel 

Grand Velas Riviera Maya is a luxury all-inclusive resort. Specially negotiated group rates are available for our wedding weekend December 4–6, 2026, as well as two days before and three days after for guests who wish to extend their stay.
To fully enjoy all wedding festivities, we highly recommend staying at Grand Velas Riviera Maya. With multiple events throughout the weekend, staying on property eliminates transportation concerns and allows us to spend more time together.

Room rates are priced per person and shown as one total nightly rate based on single, double, or triple occupancy.

  • Submitting information via this reservation form DOES NOT automatically confirm your reservation.
  • Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been processed correctly.
  • You may return to your invoice link at any time to make payments.
  • Your room booking will be emailed once your reservation is paid in full.

  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort. If you stay at a different resort, you'll need to purchase a wedding day pass for $289usd

 Payment Schedule

  • June 20th, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
  • August 20th, 2026 70% of room total is due.
  • October 5th, 2026 Your remaining balance is due.

  • Only reservations booked through this official group room block are included in Emma and Rikki’s wedding events.
  • If your preferred room type is sold out or you wish to upgrade, contact ana@bohemiaweddingtravel.com.
  • Requests to arrive early or extend your stay should also be directed to ana@bohemiaweddingtravel.com.
 

Room Policies & Restrictions

  • Individual reservations booked outside this room block, will have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s) at $289 per person per day.

  • Bed sizes, room location, views, adjacent rooms, and room numbers are not guaranteed and are based on availability at check-in. Early booking increases the likelihood of preferred requests.
  • Room category changes are possible, but resort response times may take several weeks. Please select your room carefully.
  • October 4, 2026 is the final date to reassign room names or adjust reserved dates.
  • The resort does not allow room name changes within 60 days of travel.
 

Cancellation policy:

  • Before August 20, 2026:

    • No penalties apply for room cancellation
    • You may reduce the number of nights without penalty (two-night minimum applies).

  • On or after August 20, 2026:

    • Cancellation, no-shows, or reductions in nights or guests result in 100% responsibility for the room total.

 
 

If you have travel insurance, you may file a claim according to your provider’s terms.

Grand Velas Riviera Maya does not issue credits or vouchers for late arrivals, early departures, or unused nights for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Grand Velas Riviera Maya and does not control the resort’s refund policies or rules.
