Cancellations

Before October 7, 2025: Only the deposit is non-refundable.

Oct 7 – Nov 5, 2025: 50% of the trip cost is non-refundable.

Nov 6 – Dec 4, 2025: 75% of the trip cost is non-refundable.

After Dec 5, 2025: Trip is 100% non-refundable.
Flights & Name Changes
Roundtrip airfare is included. Changes to flights are subject to airline rules and fees.
Name changes incur airline penalties plus a $25 service fee per person.
Some airlines do not allow changes within 7 days of travel — please check your info carefully!
No Refunds for:

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is included in your package.
If you cancel for a covered reason, you may file a claim with the insurance provider for reimbursement.
Policy details will be provided after insurance is obtained.
The final payment is due by October 5, 2025.
